    Jacob came and did an amazing job cleaning the furnace and all of the parts inside and was very professional, kind, and informative. He put us at ease after an issue stemming from a dirty furnace the night before.

    Nicholas tried to rip my sister off, for dual capacitor he was about to charge her $1200 and when she said she dont want to repair it he said the service charge was $139 but when i went to the official website the service charge was only $39. I thought this was trustworthy company, never doing business with them. SCAMMER

    Bring a first time home buyer we have absolutely no idea how some things operate or the condition they’re in, in our house. This includes the whole HVAC system. Jacob not only fixed our AC issue but also took time to educate us on these areas of our home and things not only look out for but maintain to keep the HVAC running properly.

    Justin was phenomenal got right down to the issue at hand and had my AC backup and running within 30 minutes. He also made a lot of very good recommendations on how to better maintain and take care of my electrical and h v a c system. Highly recommend him for all your needs.

    This company is very over-priced and they do not follow-up with their customers upon request.
    I used Fix-it 24/7 once and was happy enough to use a second time.
    The second time I was price gouged and requested a manager to discuss the cost I was charged. I was told I would get a call back in 24-48 hours and that was over 3 weeks ago. Use these guys if cost is no object and you don't care about the lack of customer service after the work. The work is good, but the value and service after the work is done has a lot to be desired. I can get the same work done with another company that cares about their customers and at a fraction of the cost.
    I will not use Fix-it 24/7 again and will warn people by word of mouth of my experience.

    Our water heater needed to be replaced (leaking) and Fix-it 24/7 offered prompt scheduling for the evaluation and ultimate installation. We were provided with several options (by Josh) and our installation was done the very next day. The installer (Brandon) was very courteous, friendly and delivered a top notch install that was obviously thoughtful, professional and thorough.

    We also needed some furnace maintenance (full cabinet cleaning) and the technician (Victor) did a thorough job and he noticed a few issues with our 16 year old system. Victor showed me his concerns and I elected to complete the needed repairs (motor, control board) as well as a filter upgrade.

    Victor returned the next day, to address a fitment issue with the filter upgrade install, and the solution was acceptable aside from my being charged an additional fee for his return (that return labor fee to correct an install issue is not proper in my opinion and should perhaps be a practice Fix-it 24/7 reconsiders). The return was noted as not being a call back (probably why I was charged I surmise) when I definitely consider the situation to be a call back given my concerns with the fitment/efficacy of the filter install.

    I also noticed a system fan functionality issue after Victor was gone so I left a message for the HVAC Manager regarding the situation; the HVAC Manager (Bill) contacted me and sent a senior tech (George) out promptly. George diagnosed the issue and he and Logan, his junior tech, upgraded our thermostat and wiring to address the functionality issue (Bill approved all of this to be done at no additional charge and I was extremely impressed with that high level of customer service/care for customer satisfaction).

    Due to our overall outstanding experiences with Fix-it 24/7 (even considering the return fee I was charged to correct the filter issue), we will now be utilizing Fix-it 24/7’s services from now on.

    I paid ~$20k for a brand new HVAC system in August. The guy that came out to install was awesome. Since, I've had multiple issues with my system and it hasn't worked properly. The install guy was able to come out and make a "temporary fix", but there was an issue with the manufacturer. I've called at least once per week for the last month and a half with little response. I had a few managers call me back telling me they would get me on the schedule, but no follow up. Their main number goes to an answering service, so you have to hope someone calls you back. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend. This is way too much money to spend on the headaches I've endured since the order.
