Lost heat during the night and contacted 24/7 heating , technician arrived next day, earlier than previous thought, I was okay with it, it took seconds for technician to troubleshoot situation and recommend new ignition for furnace, I agreed and young man was professional and knowledgeable, I would absolutely recommend 24/7 heating and would call them again.

Read their reviews on Yelp to see what this company is really like. They cancelled an appointment made weeks ago without notifying us, said they called when they didnt, and blamed us. They said they won’t service a unit they themselves installed. Absolutely terrible company.

As typical with my bad luck, my AC unit failed during this record-breaking week of heat! The unit, just 3 years old, was recently inspected by another company (rhymes with dumb-line) who was endorsed and recommended by Tom Martino. HUGE MISTAKE trusting a company who keeps canceling appointments at the last second.. Anyway, during the height of this heatwave, my home temps were approaching 90 degrees! I called several "emergency services" only to be told 7-10 days would be the soonest anyone could come out.

I finally hit on FIX-IT 24/7 and immediately got scheduled for the following day (they even offered to have someone come out immediately but at an after-hour rate. Early the next day, Victor showed up!

Victor quickly assessed the AC and identified that the OEM capacitor failed. Luckily he had the correct replacement size on-hand. Victor also provide the option to upgrade to a more reliable capacitor which came with an extensive manufacturer's warranty. I elected to go with the upgrade and also agreed with Victor's recommendation to have a compressor starting kit which levels out the starting amperage to further protect the compressor. He also checked the rest of the system and ensured it was all functioning at optimal levels!

Within a short time, the house was quickly cooling off and I was TOTALLY happy with the professionalism, courtesy and customer-oriented, personal interaction Victor displayed!

FIX-IT 24/7 is my top-rated, go-to company from now on and I recommend others to call on them when you're in need of any electrical, plumbing or HVAC needs!

After completing the work, Victor even took time to give my service dog some welcomed attention! 🐾🐾

Note: the standard service call was only $39; emergency/after-hour would have been an acceptable $139. The replacement & new parts plus installation were all extremely competitively priced as I looked them up online!

Nicholas did an excellent job of installing a new light fixture. He was very personable, competent, and professional.

Friendly service techs. Did a thorough job & explained everything that was starting to go bad & either it needed fixing or how long it would last until it needed fixing. The price was double what I was quoted. He explained that it was $139 per unit & I had my A/C & furnace serviced, but the lady on the phone did not relay that information to me. All in all they did a good job.

Extremely pleased with the quality and professionalism of the team that came to my home to do a heating system cleaning and maintenance. Jose and Sheel were so nice and personable while completing the job. They took care to keep my home clean while they worked and kept me informed throughout the process. They pointed out things that may need attention in the near future but did not "pressure sell" or use scare tactics to up-sell.
All around this was probably the best experience I've had with an HVAC service company. I will recommend them to my family and friends.

194 dollars for him to come in look at my furnace and hit a reset button. Was at my house about a half an hour. Definitely will call someone else next time I have a problem

David was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. He came the same day, quickly assessed the problem with our water heater and had it repaired in less than 30 minutes restoring hot water to our home. He was definitely a great reflection on Fix-It 24/7. We hope if we ever need service from them again that David will be our repair professional. Thank you David!!
