Our entire experience start to finish was exceptional! We called on a Saturday afternoon and we’re able to get on the schedule the next day. The communication before the appointment was too notch, from a estimated ETA to a courtesy heads up for the tech’s arrival. Joseph was absolutely awesome!! He was friendly and and personable. We felt really comfortable working with him. He explained things in a thorough and clear way, and walked through the pricing and all of our options, with no pressure. He went out of his way, on a Sunday morning, to get the part that he needed, so that the A/C could be up and running. We couldn’t have been more pleased with Joseph, his work and the experience with Fix-it 24/7, as a whole. Thank you, Joseph and team!!

Pedro came to our home to look over what we needed and to give us an estimate to replace our old furnace and to have AC installed. We were immediately impressed with his confident, courteous, and caring demeanor as well as his expertise in this field. This guy really knows his stuff, down to the smallest detail, and he very patiently walked us through every step of our job. He offered a couple different options along with his honest opinion of what would work best. We told him we needed to talk things over before we made a decision and Pedro was so gracious about it - no hard sell here at all. He asked us to call him if we had any questions, gave our dog a few more ear rubs ( major points there!) and was on his way. We called him a few days later and he came back up to the hills to talk with us again. He wrote a fair estimate, showed us the extensive list of client protections built into our contract, and explained every step in “old people language” until we were totally comfortable. Bottom line, if you are on the fence here, call Pedro and get the info you need to make your decision. He is the guy you honestly want in your home.

Day 10 now of trying to talk to a manager about the price match guarantee contract they had me sign. why have one if you won’t stand by it…. Everyday I call they just say oh someone will call you later today. And still no call. Place is overpriced please go elsewhere

William was very thorough and methodical to identify the root of my wiring problem. He was super pleasant in explaining the thought process and making sure to solve the problem. Super polite as well!

Ellis was an amazing tech that showed up to my house. He was very professional and knowledgeable in his craft. Give this man a promotion!!

I would have given 5 stars but the price to re-wire and replace 1 fuse on our 3 year old A/C system took less than an hour labor and minimal materials was unreasonably priced ($740) in my opinion. But you get what you pay for cause Victor & Jacob fixed the issues that caused my A/C not to work but now has been working marvelously for about a little over a week! The start to this success was a bit rocky as the initial appointment was rescheduled 3 times due to not being a "member" BUT we have now joined the membership program and hopefully we will benefit from the program in the future. I will keep y'all posted! Overall I am satisfied with what has been completed thus far:)

Booked this service a week ago to come install 4 very basic ceiling fixture/lights in bedrooms. Was told over the phone that no pricing could be quoted up front. On the day of service, my window was 1p-5p and I had heard nothing so I called at 4:15pm. Was told I would be next stop and techs arrived at 5pm. Was quoted $800 to install these as their “standard” ceiling fixture rate was $200/each. Sure would’ve been nice to know that on the day I booked so I could have found a different vendor. Tech was willing to discount down a bit but still, $600 for what would’ve taken them *maybe* an hour to do is crazy. Technician was professional so no complaints with them but felt like I wasted ton of time booking and waiting for a service I would have never agreed to if pricing was given up front.

My husband heard a radio ad for Fix-it 24/7 and asked me to call them to clean our furnace. I was a bit reluctant due to the company name, thinking furnace cleaning would not be one of their specialties. Boy, was I wrong. I received the most thorough cleaning of my furnace I have ever experienced. Jose dismantled the entire insides of the furnace and after cleaning the parts looked brand new. He gave me maintenance tips and introduced me to the electronic air filter that can take the place of the disposable pleated air filters.

Now we have used 2 more services. Josh D did maintenance on our hot water heater and showed us what the minerals I. Our hard water have done. We needed to replace 2 things inside the hot water heater. He also told us about the Halo 2 device that is placed in the main water line to diminish the damaging effects of the minerals in the city water. Josh also took the time to show us how to change the filter on our new magnetic furnace filter. Until then I thought that maintenance on the filter was only needed once every 2 years. Thanks Josh!

Josh also helped with the 12 month no interest financing and took the time to get on the phone with the loan company. This went above and bet my expectations.

The only thing that has not been a positive experience was the whole house electrical inspection. I felt I needed to direct Brandon to things to check. And I still wound up with a front door bell that is not operational because it is not getting electricity.

Overall, I am extremely pleased and will continue to use Fix-it 24/7 in the future. I will continue to request Juan and Josh D for HVAC and plumbing. I will request to try a different electrician next time.

He did a great job at cleaning my AC compressor and changed a filter for me. I will definitely use Fix-it 24/7 for future projects and repairs.

The service tech was personable and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and did a thorough job. Agreed to some repairs that did need to be done.
