Rico and Tyler were amazing!! Something fell in one of my toilets and I was unable to remove it myself so both of them came out and tried their best to fix it, but I ended up needing my toilet replaced! They were extremely informative about what brand to go with and installed the toilet with absolutely no issues. They were super friendly and professional, both working together to get the job done only within a couple of hours. Everything turned out great and I would absolutely recommend Fix-It 24/7

I am very pleased with this company, Adam was very professional and great at what he does. He is very experienced and always on time, and would call me if he was late. They did a very big job for me and I should’ve used Them for my air-conditioning and heating system insulation. I used another company in which I was not happy with. But I will always use fix it 24/7 for all my needs in the future

We had good communication with the office staff and sales person. The installation team were nice, but the new furnace and a/c didn't pass inspection and we have to have them out again to fix it, which is frustrating.

Greg did an excellent job and was a pleasure to have around. He installed several light fixtures for us and also gave us tips and advice on future projects. Give him as many stars as you can!

The unit installers Steven and Lalo were awesome! They answered and explained to all my questions, they respected our home and went way out of their way to protect our home with sheets on the floor, when completed they picked up nicely went over everything on the unit, even how to replace the filter. Adam did a great job servicing my furnace. My unit unfortunately was not repairable. He gave me a detailed breakdown of the reasons why, and showed me several pictures of the inner working of my unit that had sustained irreparable damage.

Adam got his supervisor over within an hour to give me some replacement options and now I’m getting a fully upgraded HVAC system installed tomorrow. Thanks Adam and Joe!!

Heater stopped working on a cold day, of course. Sheel, technician, came and found a blown fuze was the initial issue. I decided to have the heater cleaned on another visit as well. We determined the inducer motor was going bad. For a long time, I could hear it when the heater started, so it was only a matter of time before I'd be without heat again. Sheel did a great job taking care of everything.
