Poudre Valley Air

My paperwork says we had Tyler, Tyler, Cory and Caleb at our install. They were so polite and kind to each other, constantly asking if they could borrow this or that from each other--I've had a lot of contractors/technicians in my house in the last 5 years and this was by far the nicest bunch. Also, possibly more of note, the air conditioning works great and is my new favorite thing in life. I had some quotes that were over double what we paid (granted it was for mini-splits not central, but we wanted central anyway!) Some quotes said it would be nearly impossible to install central air in our house. Glad that wasn't the answer here! If you need me, I'll just be hosting people in my icy cold home this summer. 💁

Our experience with Poudre Valley Air has been nothing short of excellent. The technicians we've dealt have been extremely knowledgeable, thorough in their analysis of our systems, and friendly in their demeanor. We were NEVER oversold on items needed in terms of replacement parts and the prices quoted were reasonable on parts we did choose to purchase. Communication in terms of scheduling and approximate arrival times were also well done and very much appreciated. We would certainly recommend Poudre Valley Air to others seeking a quality heating and air conditioning company to service their units.

They are a wonderful company to work with. They do excellent work. Wyatt was such a delight to work with, kind respectful hard working and made sure everything was done properly. I cannot say enough good things about them. They put in an air purification system into my home. this literally saved my life. I did not think I would live thru the winter, They were understanding of my needs and worked with me. I originally contacted Rock, he listened to my needs and came up with a solution for me. I'm happy to say everything is wonderful and working today. My air is clean, I can breath I am a very happy old lady that can breathe. There were a couple of snags and Nicole worked with me to get them solved. Their follow up and customer service is TOP NOTCH along with the installers, and sales people. I would recommend them to EVERYONE, especially to older women that are alone ( Sometimes we are treated with disregard or don’t know what we are talking about , if you are a women you know what I am saying) they listen and treat you with respect and LISTEN. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!

I had an excellent experience with PVA with the installation of my new furnace and AC. They arrived on time with all their equipment and new units. After a short tour of the old equipment it was determined that the new AC unit needed to be relocated and electrical run to the the new location. They quickly arranged for technicians to do the electrical work while they continued on with their work. Both of technicians understood their roles and worked independently to efficiently install both units and to test them prior to giving us a tutorial on our new equipment. They were friendly, courteous, and respectful to us and our home, while displaying the depth of knowledge you would want from someone doing this kind of work. Additionally, they completely cleaned up after themselves, not leaving a scrap behind. They are welcome back in my home anytime.

Steven did a wonderful job of assessing multiple issues with our Air Conditioning. He was on-time, professional and worked very hard to solve the problem. There was a broken wire that was hard to find causing the main issue and he stayed at it until he solved the issue. Great job!

From start to finish it was great. Rock was upfront and very knowledgeable during the quote and it came in 10k less than the other quotes we received. Larry and Dustin were wonderful with the install and mike was great when we needed a service. Zero complaints and honestly the best contractors we have worked with so far in Colorado. 100% recommend.

Phillip was awesome. The minute he got here I knew we'd hired the right people. He was friendly but worked efficiently and was even concerned the duct cleaning would scare my dogs. Our vents definitely needed some TLC and I already feel like I can breathe better. He also serviced the furnace and made sure 100% that is was in working order before leaving. Will be using them again in the future and requesting Phillip as our tech if possible!

They were supposed to repair the outside control wires but told me that they could include this in an inspection since I was selling my house.
So I scheduled an inspection then later received a $79 bill for the repair that never happened.
When I contacted their BILLING on 2 different days in a row, they each said they would get back and never did.
So I am out $79 for a guy to come out and do literally NOTHING.
So much for customer service or a repeat customer.
What a scam not to mention piss poor customer service

I had my furnace installed with Poudre Valley Air. I didn't have any issues with the installation. Then in the next 2 years every year something went wrong with my furnace. This time when my furnace went out they couldn't get me in till the next evening. I asked for the manger and he proceeded to tell me they were having trouble keeping up with services for months and have placed several advertisements for help. He just can't pick up help on the street corner. I called a competitor and they were out in less then 2 hours. Wish I would of went with a company that can keep staff because there is normal a reason a company is short staffed.

Phillip just completed our fall furnace service. As usual, he was very courteous and did a great job. We needed to have the humidifier filter replaced and it was nice to learn that he had a replacement filter in his truck. All in all, a job well done.
