Fred from Poudre Valley Air was super professional and helpful. He did a great job servicing our furnace in an efficient and timely fashion. I was very pleased with his honest evaluation, and the work he did to complete the job.

Dominik did an excellent job of uncovering the problem quickly. He got our A/C unit running again and tested its operation to make sure it was working properly. I appreciate that he patiently explained what had happened to me so I could understand the repair. Excellent job!

The salesman was the most respectful estimator to bid on my project and didn't talk down to me at all. He helped repair an imbalance with the air conditioner during the estimate. The people who installed the furnace were very polite and efficient. They also cleaned my ducts and my house is 1/10th as dusty as it was before. My new furnace is helping give our old AC more life and efficiency just like the salesman said it would. I was very pleased with the service and the product.

We recently had a new furnace and A/C installed by Poudre Valley Air. It was probably the easiest, most professional business transaction I've ever experienced. The whole crew, from the Project Manager, Andy Lewis, the Sales & Installation Coordinator, Nicole Giehm, to Lead Installer, Cory McNaney, were friendly and professional. Cory and his crew did an awesome job with the installation. I couldn't be happier with Poudre Valley Air.

I am writing for my Son and his wife who live in Fort Collins. I have over 40 years in the Air Conditioning business and was really upset when my Son told me that he got charged $426 for 45 minutes work to change out a simple bad capacitor. His wife is eight months pregnant so when the unit failed on a Sunday they called the first company that would come out. If they knew what kind of charge they would have to pay, they would have waited. I wrote to the company asking if they could do anything and explaining what I felt a job like like should cost. Their service manager sent me a pert reply and few days later saying in short more or less that we should be glad they came out because no one else would and they charged so much because of the high overhead they have, and we should be happy we got them and their polite service man on a Sunday. He also said his prices were similar to the rest of the area service companies. Trust me we won't get them back for anything. The part they charged $300 for sells wholesale for around $50 at best and anyone can get one on Amazon for $60. The unit is on ground level and all that was done is removal of a simple cover and looking to see if the capacitor is swollen and therefore bad. Replacement with a universal part takes less than 10 min. Nowhere is there reason for a charge of $426.

I purchased my current air conditioner from Poudre Valley Air almost 20 years ago. A few years ago, PVA was not able to fit me in for a service call as soon as I needed, so I went with another company. After a horrible ecperience, it was a no brainer to go back with PVA.
My AC was not working correctly. I called PVA this morning, and received a same day appointment. The service technician. Dane, was professional, knowledgeable, respectful and easy to talk with. The service was excellent, no upselling, and I was reminded why PVA has always been my go to. Thank you Dane for doing such an amazing job. We appreciate you and PVA!

Best heating and air service in town, hands down. Service personnel are trained experts. They'll come when needed, repair and/or install the best equipment at very competitive prices. If your existing equipment passes all checks, they won't try and sell you something new. However if something is needed, such as a replacement furnace, they'll gladly sit down and discuss your alternatives without commitment on your part. They offer 'second opinions' as well as reasonable 'service contracts' too. Honesty and trust is paramount in this business, and you can trust Poudre Valley Air.

They were able to come the day after I called. Phillip did a fantastic job! He was quick and efficient. He wore booties to protect my carpet and was very nice to our cat. I would recommend him any day!

I had a terrible experience with Poudre Valley Air. They repeatedly rescheduled service visits at the last minute, even though I had to take time off work to meet their technician. When their technician first arrived he performed diagnostics, and informed me that he believed a valve in the unit was an issue. Upon his second visit to repair the unit, he spent half the time smoking his Vape in my backyard, after the repair he informed me the whole unit had been shot. I informed the tech I'd pay the bill in full and find other service to have the unit repaired. 6 months later after I've already paid them over $600 to have nothing in return, they tell me I owe $79 plus finance fees for a visit that I had already paid for. Garbage.

Phillip was prompt, clean and courteous. I was sure I would need an expensive repair or new A/C. It sounded 'off' to me. He cleaned it up and it's fine. He inspected everything and took all the information down carefully. I was so relieved about the furnace and a/c units, and received very valuable advice about it's care. It's old but still working. Thank you Phillip! The best part--- there was a baby snake in my garage as I walked by. To me it was a rattlesnake!! He got rid of the harmless garter snake and didn't laugh when I screamed. (I would have laughed at me. The thing was only about the size of a pencil. ). Thanks again!
