    Steer clear of this company and DON’T be fooled by the savvy ‘Customer Commitment’ statement they have listed on their website. They do not stand behind their work and certainly are not willing to cover the costs of THEIR mistakes. My personal experience was terrible. Tech came out to service machine, removed our copper fitting and put on a new PLASTIC fitting that connects to the copper water line. Should have never of used a plastic fitting in a commercial setting to begin with. The next morning I had 2-3 inches of water in our kitchen suite. Damage was done to the counter top and cupboards. No cabinet companies wanted the job to fix THEIR mistake. Could only find one cabinet company to come out to bid the job fixing the damage NOVATION caused. Bid was a measly $1,300 – far less than what it could have been had this leaked into our IT server room or into another suite. I tried for weeks and wasted hours of my time trying to contact the owner at Novation, MIKE SILER, to discuss the damage and the bid. I never once got a return call from him. He never once came out to look at the damage. I was only able to talk to a lady in the office. After weeks of this nonsense I finally got a letter emailed to me offering to settle for $650 as he thought my bid was excessive. I thought the damage to our suite was excessive! I thought him not returning a call was excessive! I didn’t ask for an incompetent guy to come out and service this machine and flood our kitchen. Company is only out for a quick buck and are not concerned with the end result.

    Incredibly fast and thorough service. Spoke with the new owner Trip who was very concerned about customer service. The tech sent to our business was very knowledgeable and got our equipment back up and running. They do planned maintenance too, and we will be using this service for our ice machines in bar and wait station. Highly recommend!

    I sure wish we had read the reviews before using this horrible company. I would give them a negative number if I could. After getting a quote, they added $171.00 to our account for chemicals which I had very specifically stated we didn't want or need. They are very disorganized, had to be called out on charges for service calls they were unable to complete, and now want $171.00 more that the quote. I have it all in emails. DO NOT TRUST THEM! Get someone from Denver.

    This company is one of the only commercial oven repair services to offer service to Laramie, WY. They are eager to help, seems as if willing to do anything to get you business, and they need to be because they don't know what they are doing. They charge for travel on top of their labor and parts (which they don't have on hand), and they can't diagnose your problem without spending most of their labor hours on the phone with the equipment manufacturer. Using this method, they misdiagnose the problem several times and still stick you with they bill for their mistakes. I own a pizzeria and had to go without one of my ovens for nearly two weeks because they couldn't find the problem, all the time charging me for parts and labor! They even charged me hourly labor for them to drive to Denver and back to get a part, without discussing anything with me. Six hours that I knew nothing about! True, buying a new oven would have been more expensive, but would have been worth it in saving the frustration this company caused over a two week period.

    The tech came out because our ice maker had quit. He told me he thought it needed cleaning and it did. It works well now. He also replsced the slidind front door, 285.00 dollars. When i recieved the invoice, it was for over 900 dollars and when i asked my contact at the company, she sent me the tech notes. That means, cleaning our ice machine cost over 500 dollars. Any further inquiries ive made have been met with silence.

    Novation's prompt arrival and identification of my equipment issues allowed me to stay open. Their technician was professional and the new owners worked with me to make several other minor repairs. I will use them in the future again. Very pleasant experience!!

    This company works us directly (Sazerac) and their service is outstanding. The are always on time, available if there are any issues, and go above and beyond the expectations. I plan on having a business relationship with them for many years to come. Highly recommended company.

    Obviously Chris you are delusional. Your oven was probably archaic or an off brand thus the problem getting a new piece to fix it. Novation has always taken care of my restaurant, They are prompt, thorough, and affordable. When they fix it, they fix it right and it stays fixed.

    service is terrible, they don't care of customers. We are on schedule to fix our equipment, but they kept push our schedule behind when we call them again. They said they are not going to fix your equipment at all because they don't have enough people to work since I called them 1 month and half ago .
