Poudre Valley Air

Our technician, Larry, was very pleasant and efficient. The installation took very little time. He took plenty of time to explain how our new thermostat worked. All in all, a very satisfactory service call.

I use Poudre Valley Air for all of my HVAC needs on my rental property in Fort Collins. Can generally get on their schedule quickly. Got a new furnace in two days.

Joe came to help us with our furnace. He had such great customer service skills. My little guy got his first wasp sting and Joe immediately got some mud for me to apply to his neck to help reduce the sting. Joe connected right away with my son to get him distracted and gave him a Gatorade and granola bars which stopped the crying and got him on the mend. Last year, on another unit, Poudre Valley Air placed duct work to get heat upstairs in our old old house and replaced our heater there. Rock was great. He was able to came promptly for an estimate and gave me a very reasonable quote right there before he left in a print out. They also have an on call tech 24/7. I can't imagine using anyone else after such service. Thanks for doing business right!

They came to my home to repair a leak that had just started happening. Very nice, professional, easy to relate to on issues at hand and different topics. Arrived on time, checked problem, addressed and fixed problem. Wonderful person with an exceptional personality. Works well with the other technician that was along with him. Very efficient at their job.

The entire process was amazing. Cheaper than other companies we looked at, and same week appointment. The technicians were so nice, and got the job done quickly!

I am beyond excited to be able to review Poudre Valley Air! We have been with another company for about 8 years and after receiving repeated inferior service, we decided to switch. They have explained everything along the entire process and supply the right equipment for my families needs. I strongly recommend them from a simple check-up to a full house overhaul (in my case). Poudre Valley Air did a fantastic job for us in servicing our heating/cooling system. From the first call with their customer service staff, to the technician Mike who came out on site - they were top notch! Extremely professional in all their dealings with us. Mike was very knowledgeable and pleasant, and diagnosed the problem, then communicated it to me in an easy to understand manner. I can't recommend this group enough!

We've used Poudre Valley Air for our last two houses, for a variety of HVAC needs including a furnace replacement. We also use their monthly maintenance plan. This is a trustworthy company that provides quality, friendly service. I've had great experiences with every interaction. My latest interaction was with Brody W., who came out to service the A/C unit on our new home. He was patient with my questions and answered everything thoroughly, which was great because I'd never had A/C before and I had a few questions. He also explained that even though the unit was old, it did not necessarily need to be replaced, where another company might have tried to upsell me a new unit. This is one of many reasons I trust this company.

Waiting on clearance from city inspection. Installed 7/28/22. Several different installation problems.
Very disappointed in my salesman who didn’t cover warranty/inspections/service contract. I found out all this after installation.

This an exceptional company! They have been servicing both my heating and air conditioning systems for several years and I trust their knowledge and ethics. Jon Holman was my service tech today and I highly recommend him. I hope to see him in the future.
