I have the Continue Care maintenance plan with Poudre Valley air. They're always there to help (like when my old furnace died on the coldest day of the year!). Phillip is usually the technician who comes to my house and he's friendly, knowledgeable, gives me all the details I need and... my cat loves him! My furnace and AC keep working thanks to Poudre Valley Air!

I have had Poudre Valley Air come 3 times now. Every time has been a GREAT experience, from speaking with the receptionist to working with the service manager and everyone in between! They are fast, prompt and they're there when they say they're going to be there! I will keep using this company whenever I need repair, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs this service, as a matter of fact I have already referred these guys a couple of times. Keep up the awesome way you do things and how you run your company! It's awesome to deal with a company that is fast, curtious, and honest! Its a real rare commodity these days. Excellent service. Cory, the lead installer, knew his business. He was articulate and kept me informed of what and why he was doing something. Also gave through operating instructions. I would use them again with no hesitation.

Was very happy with the initial visit. They were able to come early, were thorough, and identified our issue quickly. We scheduled a followup to take care of next steps to get our failed AC unit replaced.

Interviewed 5 companies and found PVA to have best quality at best price for us. Sales experience with Rock was very good--so far, everything promised has been delivered. Research said installation expertise is critical. Felt like we got the best with Wyatt W., Tyler O., and Dominik R. On time, professional, respectful and expert. New system was fantastic through the winter! Had no idea how out of whack our old set up was until we experienced the new PVA work. Looking forward to summer with new ac thanks to PVA!!

They are busy and understaffed, so it took over a week to get our broken AC checked out, but then I was very pleased. Larry was patient, experienced, and educated me well. Plus fixed our problem until the leak kills the system again. But we know what to expect.

We had a new furnace installed in February, 2015.

The technicians, Larry and Travis, arrived on time as scheduled and completed the removal of the old furnace and installation of the new in a clean, timely manner. I also asked Larry about a small leak I had in the overflow pipe on my water heater. He quickly fixed the leak by tweaking the overflow value! Overall we were very pleased with the work.

PVA followed up with a phone call to verify that we didn't have any questions or problems.

I had a whole house humidifier installed on our furnace today. The tech (Dominik) was friendly, easy to work with, and thorough. There were some items/questions he consulted with me on specific to our installation. The result was an installation matching what we talked about and was well done. Including having the unit, lines, and ducting installed in a neat and orderly manner rather than hodge-podge (which I had happen with a previous vendor at our previous house). Also, the entire work area was left neat and clean. Overall, a quality installation that I am very pleased with. And the pricing beat another quote I received by $150.
