Poudre Valley Air is top of the line! Great customer service in all aspects from quotes to finishing the job. Technicians Cory and Travis were polite and made the installation stress free. Cory especially was very knowledgeable and I trust the job was done right! Thanks Guys!

THIS COMPANY WILL TOTALLY RIP YOU OFF - I have worked in property management for years and never been charged so much for so little!

They came out to us through our home ribbon warranty because we had an issue with our A/C they charged us $119 for a diagnostic fee and then another $149 for a repair when all they had to do was connect a wire that wasn't connected. In total they charged $240 TO CONNECT A WIRE and they were at our house for a little over an hour.

Thankfully our home warranty company issued us a refund because they agreed the pricing was way off! They take advantage of clients that are sent to them from home warranty programs. Highly recommend you look elsewhere when needing a repair and hopefully that home warranty company will stop sending them clients!

Chad came out in June to do our maintenance agreement on the Air Conditioner....He also came out in December to do the furnace!.....He is helpful.....gives great information and instruction about the problem and what to expect for time and payment! When my AC wasn't putting out cold air, I called Poudre Valley Air since they had installed the original unit in 2006. Ian came out and after running a leak check, found a refrigerant leak in the coil. After discussing my options, I decided to have the coil replaced and was promptly given a quote and replacement of the coil was scheduled for a few days later.

Larry and Brett came out to install my new coil. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time and completed the work in about an hour less time than I told the process would take. They went through the appropriate paperwork with me, answered all my questions and left my house with cold air blowing.

I have no complaints and will call Poudre Valley Air for all my heating and air conditioning issues.

Great Service. Wyatt Winchester and Seth were amazing! Very thorough, polite, explained everything, cleaned up everything. Love those guys. Can't say enough good about them. Along with the electricians too. I'm very happy!

Phillip did a great job at our house. Within 4 hours he made sure that our HVAC system was all clean. He also gave us some instructions in how the humidifier should work. Thanks Phillip for eliminating about a pound of dust from our lives!

Mike H. Is the best and only technician I trust to work on my commercial cannabis facility. We had 16 large hvac cooling units and he helped keep them running all year long with very few problems. I would refuse other techs and wait a day to have Mike service as he was the only one I trusted. Poudre Valley Air is the only company I would use in fort Collins or HVAC services and if you really want the best ask for Mike H.

My boiler went out in January. I received multiple quotes for a replacement, and Poudre Valley Air was the most professional and most reasonable bid. Unforeseeable complications with the installation popped up, that significantly changed to the scope of the work involved. Poudre Valley Air handled the changes with grace and understanding. A good experience all around.

From the estimate by Andy L. to installation by Larry G. and Tyler O., this company is top notch. We got several estimates to replace our AC and heater from other companies with competing products. Choosing PVAir was a no brainer. Andy did not oversell, gave us great options and didn't pressure us to buy. Larry and Tyler were on time, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and cleaned up great after the job. Our old AC was Trane and we feel confident in staying with them, AND we are excited to use our Trane 2-stage heater this winter! The experience began with Andy who thoroughly explained all about variable speed 2stage furnaces versus single stage. He was more thorough and had answers more understandable than the four other vendors. Dominic and Shasha installed a new Trane XV 80 on a 15 degree snowy day and were professional. When it came time for thermostat installation, the correct one wasn't in the truck and after explaining the differences between what they had and what I was recommended by Andy, they went and got what they thought was the correct one. When it wasn't they went again and got the correct Honeywell 8000 and EIM. I was probably a stickler for detail but they were patient and never impolite. They showed how to work everything and stayed late. The job was supposed to take 5 hours but they stayed 8.5 because of the trips to supply house and snow. Furnace works great but the service provided by Andy, Dominic and Shasha was what made for a good experience. Nicole was also helpful. Thanks PVA
