Everything went smoothly,from the estimate to the install. The installers were on time,worked safely as a team to get the units in place and working and cleaned up as they went. They answered any questions we had and showed how the units worked. We are pleased with the efficiency of them and are looking forward to lower electricity bills.

I highly recommend Ft. Collins Heating and Air. I had an energy audit done that recommended replacing my electric baseboard heaters with mini split units in a large home. I reached out to them, as well as other companies, for a bid. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, very responsive, professional and knowledgable. Their bid was the best one I received both in price and in the way they wanted to set it up. I looked at their web page and found the videos to be helpful in understanding the philosophy of the company, we got some good referrals, and so we accepted the bid. They very quickly scheduled the installation according to my schedule. The installers were friendly, efficient, communicative and did a large job in one week as promised. They cleaned up after themselves and have followed up very quickly with any questions. I have been pleased with my new system, the energy we are saving, the rebates we received, and the quality of the work. I run a large organization and can see that this is a company that has a great culture, strong systems, and caring people. I highly recommend considering them for any job.

Great experience. I really appreciate you all accommodating our renovation schedule by doing the removal of the old air-conditioning unit first and then coming back to do the install of the new. Had the pleasure of having Kevin and Evan come over and install our AC unit . They arrived on time and got the job done sooner than expected . They were both very polite and very professional. Fort Collins Heating & AC have been awesome, the secretary was great at scheduling an appointment and keeping me informed. I had an issue with my AC and Jose was able to come out right away and look at it. There ended up being a leak in one of the lines and it was loosing freon, among some other repairs it needed. Jose was professional, courteous, and really made sure to explain exactly what the problem was. Even though it ended up being an expensive repair, Jose made sure I understood why it was and where that money was going so it made me feel much better about it. He also helped me save money by getting properly setup as a customer and mentioning the discounts on annual service. So I basically ended up saving 10% on the repair and it covered the initial service call and my next AC service AND furnace check up this coming fall. An unfortunate thing for my AC to break down, but it happens. I couldn't be happier. Thanks again Jose!

Patrick was very professional, detailed and did an excellent job during the many hours he was in my home doing the duct cleaning. I use Fort Collins Heating and Air for all my heating and cooling needs. The staff is always knowledgeable, courteous, and on time. I always receive a call from the technician when they are on the way to the property. The most recent service call was a difficult attic installation of a furnace and a/c unit in a rental and it was completed in one day. The City of Fort Collins inspector had high praise when he came out to inspect and sign off on the permit. Highly recommended!
