Excellent professional and fast service. We live in the mountains and were very pleased with fast install of a fantastic new furnace with humidifier and any follow up service needed. Highly recommend.

Replaced the furnace motherboard on a rental property without providing a quote in advance of doing the work, then charged us $1175. They were not willing to provide an itemized invoice outlining their time spent and cost of parts. A google search indicated the motherboard is a $250 part. Caveat emptor.

Everyone I dealt with from the owner to the office staff to the installer to the technician, Jake who came by the next day after install to check on the install and make minor adjustments, were very friendly and knowledgeable. Good prices too.

Amazing service! Have used them twice, once for an A/C install for my dad's house--they were over $1000 cheaper than other places. Today, our A/C went out and they were here within 24 hours, part stocked in the truck and fixed within 30 minutes. Reuben was professional, and super nice! Had a yearly checkup because our humidifier was leaking and the furnace was short cycling. What a fantastic job. Right away I knew that he was very experienced and knowlegeable. He went beyond what was expected and despite taking his time to be thorough, the bill was much less than anticipated.

Great service. Furnace broke last night, called and told appt time between 2-4 pm. Tech showed up at 11a.m. and fixed the problem. He was very helpful, pleasant and professional. They installed my furnace 17 years ago. I couldn't be happier with them.

On a day with snow and freezing temps our furnace decided to not kick on. I called and they had a tech out within 20 min to clean and fix the furnace. He also detected some Carbon Monoxide so made sure the levels were fine before leaving. We were charged exactly what we were quoted. Service is great!

Gary Hooley Heating and Air is honest, trustworthy, prompt, knowledgeable and affordable. Seven years ago another service in town scammed me in January, shut my furnace down saying it needed to be replaced and could not be used. Hooley came out the next day to check it out. I still have that furnace today. They have serviced my HVAC ever since. Rueben is a fantastic tech! Thank you for keeping my 19 year old system in top shape!
