High Altitude Heating & Air Colorado Springs

I have called High Altitude Heating and Air for problems with my heat and air conditioning which was installed by the builder of my home. They show up when they say they are going to, they guarantee their work, they don't try to sell you what you don't need, and they are extremely reasonable in what they charge. I know nothing about HVAC units, so you could tell me anything and I wouldn't know if it was right or wrong, but that's not the way they do business. I recently had a problem with my heat....it didn't work and required several visits to fix. They responded to my calls immediately, came out the same day, and charged me once. I trust them and won't use anyone else.

This is the best company for heating and air in Colorado Springs. They are trustworthy and have the client's best interest in mind. Technicians are knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend them.

From start to finish, great service! I received phone and email reminders of the pending visit. On the morning off, I received a text stating David was on his way to my home. David put on shoe covers and found the issue right away!

They do a great job! I switched from home heating and cooling. They treated me like they were doing me a favor and treated me rude. So now I use High Altitude and they were through and even cleaned my air conditioner coils! They set me up with a yearly service with a discount and they call me every year now.

HAH&A promptly responded to my request for an estimate and designed a replacement AC and furnace for my home that was thoughtfully prepared and reasonably priced. I had a handful of estimates and chose HAH&A because they offered a high quality Carrier system at a great value and friendly, responsive, customer service.
