We are incredibly pleased by the quality service that was provided by Thomas S. He identified the problem and properly repaired our system, that despite only being 4 years old, has had to be serviced by 3 other companies. Our unit was purchased from and installed by a now bought out company. It wasn't properly installed, leaving a leak in the pipe for the refrigerant. None of the other 3 companies (4 technicians) that we've called to service and maintain our unit realized that there was a leak, despite always having to refill significant quantities of the refrigerant at each visit. Thomas found the leak, showed how he was able to locate it, and explain why it was causing the symptoms we called to diagnose. Then, he continued to examine the rest of the system to make sure there weren't any other things of issue. When he was repairing the leak, he showed how it was improperly connected to the system, only about 80% of the circumference of the pipe was actually sealed when it was installed. He took the time to explain the system, what to look out for, and how to properly use and maintain the unit. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We are so incredibly grateful to find a company that took the time to properly identify the problem, not just sell us refrigerant year after year. He also discussed with us how to make maintaining the system more affordable. We only have great things to say. Finally, we will have reliable, functioning A/C for the summer!

Tom S came out to repair our air conditioning today and did a brilliant job. We had an issue with the outside unit and our thermostat. He replaced both quickly and explained what the issue was and how it worked for me. I know they close at 5pm and he stuck around to make sure our ac was up and running.

Superb, awesome, completely satisfied! Overwhelmingly satisfied with Calibrating Air heating & cooling! Charles came out to do an estimate, he was extremely helpful in explaining the process involved with a central AC install, from mechanical to electrical. Went over their certifications, warranties, inspections and options. The office schedulers Lori and Nikki were very helpful and they got me immediately on their schedule. Charles, Ryan, and Darryl came out and did the AC install as well as a humidifier system. They were very professional, left all areas clean and tidy and double checked everything. P&L Electric did the wiring and were superb. Overall, this was a totally professional experience all around! As a retired USAF Colonel, I’m pretty careful with my recommendations but I highly recommend Calibrating Air heating & cooling!

Calibrating Air heating and cooling was easy to work with and very professional. We had an issue with our furnace heater. Tom S. quickly showed up and he quickly figured out it was a faulty Universal ignition control module. Good news: we have heat again. Professionalism: A+, Reliable: A+, Value: A+ Highly recommend.

Tom helped my dad troubleshoot issues with the HVAC system by phone. The heater went out in my dad's house. Tom not only helped figure out the problem by phone, but my dad was able to get it fixed within minutes, due to the expert assistance he had from Tom!
