David and his assistant did an excellent job installing our new A/C unit. They were on-time, neat and courteous, and every aspect of the job was well done. Our A/C works just fine, and is much appreciated now that we're having hot days. Thank You High Altitude, I'd recommend you to anybody.

I contacted High Altitude Heating company one late night in Dec 2022 after our furnace system stopped working altogether. Bernice in the office answered our call in the morning as soon as the office opened , understood our predicament, being without heat, and went out of her way to locate a service employee first thing in the morning to help us out. Bernice was super friendly, professional and supportive. She is to be commended. The service representative, Jarred, was also great. He resolved our issue in no time. I have been using this company for years and could not be any more pleased. They are responsive, service oriented and highly competent.

My furnace went out just before a major cold front. David from High Altitude came out the same day and had the part he needed on his truck. He had my furnace up and running in less than 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable too. I appreciate High Altitude for their great service. They are now my regular heating company. I highly recommend them.

Great team at High Altitude Heating & Air. Had a quote performed between heating/cooling seasons and they were able to get the new equipment on order and ready for install within a week. Prices were exactly in line with what I expected. Had a small rattle after install that they came back out the next business day to recreate and solve. Every question has been answered and the installation is very professional and clean!

They serviced my furnace and gas fireplace, were able to explain everything to me clearly, and were patient with my questions. The work was well done and within the estimate. What a GREAT experience it was to work with the folks at High Altitude Heating & Air today! My vents have been blowing cool air for weeks even when my Nest device has been set at 70 degrees. Today the heat completely stopped working. The temps are in the teens, it’s snowing, and the house temp quickly dipped in to the 50s. Seeing the five star reviews on Yelp for this company, I decided to give them a try. I’m so glad I did! Berniece answered my call. She was super friendly, and she was able to assign a technician to my problem immediately. In less than 30 minutes Joe and his apprentice, Julian, were at my door. Their work was professional and meticulous.

They diagnosed the issue with my furnace quickly, and not only did they fix it, but they created a solution (to prevent the air filter from leaning in to the blower) that would help going forward. The two men worked very well together and it was great to listen in and watch as Joe, a military veteran with 32 years in the HVAC trade, mentored Julian. Once the furnace issue was fixed, Joe turned to helping me with my humidifier. Another local company told me a few years ago that the system should just be turned off and that the filters for it were out of circulation (no longer available). So I did. I shut down the humidifier that had cost me a pretty penny to have installed - what a waste! Today Joe cared enough to take the time to look at it a little closer. He cleaned out the filter console, checked the motor, inserted a new filter, flushed the hoses, and turned the system back on for me. It’s working just fine! Seriously! WOW. I’m so grateful. I will absolutely call High Altitude Heating & Air again. 5 stars!

I am so incredibly impressed by High Altitude Heating and Air! I scheduled an appointment easily online and within minutes was contacted to make sure they had the correct information and to see if they could get a technician out earlier since there was severe cold coming. The company provided reminders and text updates as well, which is so nice when you know the ETA of the technician.
The repair technician was kind, quick, efficient and informative. He showed up inside the scheduled window and completed the repairs in record time.
The value of the services here are incredibly reasonable. It seems like the company truly cares about their customers and their experience just as much as doing the job well. I will be a costumer of High Altitude as long as I live in the area. Thank you!

First time using High Altitude.
I will definitely use them again. Joseph came out and efficiently diagnosed the problem of a faulty pressure switch plus other installation problems such as inadequate venting issue and cleaning condendensation trap. He was thorough, communicative and an excellent educator patiently explaining the problems he was seeing with my furnace. I appreciated his patience and professional skills.
I wanted to learn about the equipment in my home and he was willing to share his expertise.
And then there's Bernice, the Office Manager and Guardian Angel 😇. She is knowledgeable, caring and great to work with! Excellent communication and follow through! I am a future customer and fan of this reasonably priced company who go the extra mile to efficiently fix the problem. Thank you High Altitude for restoring my heat after a cold New Years Eve!

Our furnace completely failed on a very cold early Saturday morning. I left messages for five heating companies that morning - four of them called me back on Monday, but Kaleb from High Altitude called me back and came out to assess the situation (earlier than expected) and promptly got to work helping us get our furnace replaced. By Tuesday, we had a brand new furnace - more affordable than I thought it would be. Kaleb was super professional, and his team during the install were very awesome as well - they had us fixed up and had everything running smoothly in no time at all. I would highly recommend Kaleb, his team, and High Altitude to anyone who needs them. Very happy customer here.

The best company I have dealt with . David is amazing, kind, patient with all my questions . My furnace broke in the middle of the night and I called first thing in the morning and had a new furnace by noon. my old furnace was 28 years old. my new one is quiet and really efficient. Thank you David and Josh ! They are an honest company and highly recommend .
