Top Flight Refrigeration & Heating

Thomas installed a walk in cooler at my store, collect payment and bail out. I have a warranty with him for 6 months, I have called him multiple times and blocked me!!! The worst experience, bad installation and horrible customer service. This company now has been reported to BBB. If you read this review Thomas Gregory the owner has the worst work ethic!!

Owner was so great! A rock star for sure! We had a few other people come to fix our daughter’s unit before Thomas and they told her many different things, even tried different things, and still not fixing it. And, they charged her a lot or quoted her for things that didn’t work and that she didn’t need.

We found Top Flight and Thomas! He went above and beyond to find the problem. He came back until he fixed it and was very affordable.

He was so thorough and kind and definitely cared about the job he did. We highly recommend Top Flight!!! You will not be disappointed!

Thomas was very professional and courteous when he came to look at my AC unit. He walked me through the process of what needed to be done and made sure all my questions were answered. Would definitely utilize him again for any HVAC work that needs to get done.

Im a single mother and very weary on getting help because of being taken advantage of and just plain screwed. I have never been more happy with repair service then today. He was on time, explained everything in terms I understand and just a honest man. Which is very rare these days. He fixed my heater problems at half at what other people were asking. I definitely feel blessed today to have found someone that’s not ripping me off!
