Know it's hard to trust reviews, but want to confirm that this one is genuine & totally unsolicited. Wow! Talk about service after the service! And the service itself was outstanding! Never had a more complete & thorough furnace maintenance ever. Eric was very prompt, knowledgeable, & more than willing to answer any questions we had. In addition, Eric is easy-going, laid-back, and personable which makes it a pleasure to work with him. High Altitude truly lives up to its saying of providing honest answers & quality solutions for your HVAC needs. And to top it all off, they were more than willing to come out after hours at no additional charge to service the furnace pilot light to get & keep it going instead of our calling the utility company. Know a lot of superlatives have been used to describe High Altitude, but they are well deserved. Their service is a pleasant surprise in these times when it's usually a mere afterthought.

David was awesome! He showed up on time and since it was such a quick and easy fix, he did not charge me for the visit. That is amazing customer service. Will be using High Altitude again for any heating or air needs! What a great company!

Just had High Altitude come out and fix my Carrier furnace (15 years old) that had a faulty pilot lighter. Andy did great job by: 1) Finding the issue quickly and fixing it, 2) Telling me that if I hadn't had my furnace maintained this year yet that for an extra $7 he would do that for me, and 3) Lubricated the blower motor I had replaced 2 years ago which now makes the heater so quiet when it comes on I can barely notice it. GREAT company!!!

As a cynic, it takes a lot to get a positive review out of me, but this company absolutely deserves one. My wife and I recently purchased a new home with what we thought to be two working AC units. Of course, when summer hits, one of the AC units did not work. We called another HVAC company first. They came out and first said we should consider replacing the entire AC unit. When we pushed back, they wrote us an estimate for $2500 to fix the issue. As we previously had good luck with High Altitude, we called them for a second opinion. Boy, am I sure glad we did! David came out and located the problem quickly. He fixed the problem for $790, a far cry from the other estimate for three times as much. David could have trumped it up, but he was fair, honest, and diligent. If you want to get ripped off, call another company. If you want to be treated right, call High Altitude. They've won me over for life as a customer - I won't dream of ever going elsewhere.

Eric serviced my fireplace today and arrived just as scheduled. He was very professional, communicated as the job progressed, and explained any charges in detail. I will definitely use them again if I have any other needs.

The service Eric and crew provide are 5 star always. High Altitude Heating installed my furnace in 2018 and just did its yearly service on 10/9/2020. Caleb and Garrett were prompt, efficient, friendly, and explained everything. Like I said 5 stars!!!

Josh and his crew did a great job with installing our new furnace/ac. They were punctual, explained everything that was going to happen, and were very professional. I would highly recommend High Altitude for all your cooling/heating needs.

Eric came out on Thanksgiving Eve evening to service our heating system that was not operating properly. He was professional, timely, informative and when he left we knew our system was now operating and safe. We had Adam and Alex come out to service our A/C, fireplace and furnace...they were very prompt (to the point of calling to see if it would be ok if they were early) they were efficient, friendly and very informative with all our systems. We will definitely use High Altitude Heating and Air in the future. Great customer service, great value and great peace of mind!!
