Outstanding! Bernice answered the phone right away, was professional yet friendly. Set up an appointment and the rep showed up in about 30 minutes. Joe not only found the problem, fixed it, but also explained our system to me, which includes two furnaces, a mini-zone controller board, two electrostatic filters, two HVAC humidifiers and two ultraviolet air purifiers. He even helped me finish installing smart thermostats. Very knowledgeable, very helpful and very professional. I’m now a loyal customer.

We are always treated with respect and genuine interest, whether communicating with the office staff or with technicians on-site. We purchased their very reasonably priced 3-year Service Agreement which saves money on every appointment. Technicians put on booties when coming in the house which is greatly appreciated. We have used High Altitude for a couple of small HVAC jobs, and we have always been impressed by the quality and promptness of their service, so when we needed a new furnace and boiler, I turned to them again. They explained the problem clearly and provided an accurate estimate. After installing my new equipment, they answered all my questions. I highly recommend High Altitude's family plan, or 3-year customer service agreement. They will schedule spring and fall service, at a reduced price, to ensure everything is operating correctly. It's a good deal, and I feel we and our house are in good hands. Special kudos to Tyler, who led the installation team and was just as friendly and patient as he could be. I also appreciated that he and his team were fastidious about wearing masks at all times in our house.

Had a great experience with High Altitude Heating & Air. Our furnace had stopped working late on a Sunday night and called them first thing Monday morning. Adam showed up at 10am and was able to spot the problem right away. Since our furnace was 20 years old I decided to have it replaced. He made some calls gave me an estimate and was able to have everything done by that afternoon. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything. I would highly recommend this company.

High Altitude has been great. For routine maintenance, they are great. Most of their techs are helpful and efficient. Our a/c started acting up and we had a tech come out as an emergency after-hours appointment the same day. The guy said he fixed it, but about a week later the same issue was happening. This time it was on a weekend during a heat wave, and we had a newborn that could not sleep in the hot room. Admittedly, I called the emergency line SEVERAL times hoping someone would pick up or to hear back quickly as their website stated they have 24/7 emergency services available. However, no one got back to me until the following day after several calls/messages and the guy who called back was a bit rude, telling me "it's a Sunday" and "I don't know what we can do". He finally said he would pass the message to his boss. His boss called back and let me know they'd get someone out the following day, and that the 24/7 on their website was a mistake. I was pretty upset at this point, which I'll blame on the lack of sleep and the baby. However, the tech that came out the following day was super helpful and solved the problem quickly.

Excellent customer service. Kaleb arrived on time, was very polite (even asked if he should wear a mask), and very thorough. Unlike my previous HVAC company, which did next to nothing for a yearly service call (and charged more), Kaleb spent some time checking out every aspect of my furnace and humidifier. The cost was reasonable and with the discount for signing up for a 2-year service contract, even more so. I will definitely use them for all my HVAC needs going forward.

High Altitude Heating and Air responded quickly after I called for an appointment and the service person was prompt. He did not have the part necessary to remedy my A/C issue, but returned the next day to fix the problem. I am very satisfied with the service and bought a very inexpensive service contract to have annual inspections for both my furnace and A/C at reduced costs.

Adam did fast and thorough work installing a fireplace fan and furnace blower motor. The prices were quite reasonable, and all the more so after taking advantage of their Customer Service Agreement, which at $30 for two years was well worth the cost, as it paid for itself immediately on this visit.

WOW! I never thought I would be so impressed with an HVAC company. I've hired High Altitude first for a furnace tune up and assessment when purchasing an older home and I just had them out last week to install an AC unit and whole house humidifier. Not only are their techs knowledgeable but they are kind and friendly. Joe will take the time to explain how things work and even brought to my attention that my drywall crew had covered over an important air return that we need for proper circulation. Kaleb was great with the AC install and even came back to move the humidifier panel from the crawl space to the living room after realizing it actually could be done. Everyone at High Altitude is a pleasure to work with and I can't wait to refer more people to them!
