High Altitude Heating & Air Colorado Springs

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Although there was a miscommunication, High Altitude was more than willing to work with me and cancel out my invoice. I felt it was fair for me to offer some kind of payment as they did respond and send their tech out during a very busy, and cold snowy day. From my conversation with Liz initially, to working out of the invoice, the company displayed absolute professionalism. The character of the owner goes without saying. I will definitely use them again.

Great experience!! One of our furnaces stopped working on the coldest day of the year so far. Julie took our call and was friendly and helpful. She scheduled a technician within about an hour of our call. Then she texted me to confirm the job and included a picture of the tech. They texted me again when David was on his way. Technician David Allman was simply the best! He was prompt courteous and fast. He rapidly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He then took the extra step of cleaning the flame sensor on the furnace that was working to make sure we didn't have problems with that unit. This company receives my very highest recommendation and we are now clients for any future heating and cooling needs.

Very professional, VERY prompt. It's a Saturday and my heating wasn't igniting. Gave them a call and they were at the house within 30 minutes. Turns out the problem was my own fault (broke a wire dealing with a new thermostat). After a little testing, he thought it was the new thermostat, but did a little more digging and discovered the broken wire. He fixed it, only charged the after hours/diagnostic fee and skipped the labor costs. He would have been well within the right to charge the labor fee as well. Very happy with the service and would definitely call them again, especially since the company that just certified the until didn't even return my call.

I had a furnace noise coming from our utility room. I searched google reviews for a heating and air company that had high reviews. I called High Altitude. They sent out Joe and he quickly determined it was a bad draft motor bearing. He had to come back and had it fixed in about 30 minutes. Furnace is nice and quiet now. Price was right. Very professional. I recommend this company.

Excellent service and highly recommend. It was easy to book our service appointment, our tech was able to come earlier than anticipated and was completed within an hour. Cost was very reasonable. He was honest about the condition of our furnace and made solid recommendations for replacing our 20 year old equipment. No pressure to upgrade, but realistic about how much longer we could expect.

We are grateful Ed with High Altitude came out to fix our Heater, even though it was a Holiday and at no extra charge. He had our heater working within 30 minutes of arriving. Thank you, High Altitude Heating and Air!

I had called several places letting them know my ac was broke and I had and infant in the household. Nobody could come out till Friday. NOT HIGH ALTITUDE! They called me first thing after a holiday weekend and had Joe out at my house by nine, ac fixed by ten! I could not of been happier and they care about my ac being broke with my baby! We just bought our house, needless to say moving forward they will now be our only go to for our heating and ac needs! Side note Joe took the time to tell us the best way to save on energy and take care of our systems! Thank you so much! I truly feel like they care. Amazing experience!!!

Our furnace was not working. Called High Altitude to do the repair, since the last company we had was not dependable (Robbins H & A/C) David Allman was the technician who came out. David was courteous and professional. Diagnosed the problem within 40 minutes. I was so satisfied when the repair was done, I signed them up for a three year maintenance program! ($115.00) (which was very reasonable) . I highly recommend!!

This company is fantastic! Jennifer was very nice and happily accommodated my appointment change when I needed it. Gary was so knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I appreciated the "heads-up" call from Gary as he was arriving ahead of my appointment. Gary knows what he is doing and offered me helpful advice! I'm very pleased with the work Gary did, and I asked my landlord to use only this company in the future!! Thank you so much for a very positive experience!

We've been happy to work with this team for years. The tech that came out last week really knew his stuff, did a thorough annual check/service of our furnace, was in and out in under an hour, was personable, and answered all questions clearly and knowledgeably. Pricing is quite reasonable; our trust of Eric and his company is priceless.
