First timer, but definitely will be a long timer with High Altitude. Caleb serviced our gas fireplace that others had said would take $$$ to fix. He was personable, proficient, and professional, and got the flames going again for the reasonable cost of a service call. I'm pleased and ready for winter.

I initially contacted High Altitude Heating and Air to ask questions regarding servicing my fireplace. Although it was the weekend, Eric responded within minutes and was able to nicely answer my questions. I gave him my number and was contacted by another man who quickly set me up with an appointment. Today, Josh showed up and had the fireplace repaired and cleaned for a very reasonable cost. I am glad I called this place and they will be the first I call, should I need further services. 5 star rating for this company.

When scheduling, I was given a one hour time window (not a 4 hr one!) within 3 days of my call date. I was notified via text of the scheduled appt and when David was on his way. When David arrived (early) he put shoe covers on when he came in to my house. He was obviously skilled and knowledgeable. And - even though the reason I called for service turned out not to be an issue, David stayed and made sure my system was operating smoothly. I 100% recommend and will use High Altitude Heating and Air again. TEN STARS!!

In early December 2021 High Altitude Heating replaced my 20-year-old furnace after determining that the circuit board had fried. Despite the shortage of available replacements (due to supply chain and labor shortage issues), they were able to scramble to find an appropriate reasonably priced model that would meet the heating demand for my size home. Both the initial service tech and installers were very responsive, thorough and efficient. The installation was quite professional, and they left the area cleaner than they found it. I would highly recommend using these guys for any and all of your Heating needs.
