Craig Plumbing Heating & Cooling LLC

I called Craig Plumbing Heating & Cooling LLC on Monday and Craig was at my house by noon on the same day to come and check out what needed to be done. I had my sink plumbing moved and a fridge water line added and I needed it done quickly before re-doing the entire kitchen this weekend. They were able to schedule me for that same Wednesday and complete the project in only a couple of hours. They were very friendly and I am so happy that they were able to squeeze me in so quickly. I would recommend them to anyone that needs work done and done correctly. I will be doing any additional plumbing work through them.

AC stopped working in middle of summer. They were able to come out same day and get everything fixed. Great service, fair pricing, will use again.

Craig helped us get a dishwasher installed. Craig was prompt and the dishwasher was installed promptly. Great communication, and given the fact that he was able to squeeze us in so we weren't without a dishwasher for too long, I believe the price was fair.
On a separate occasion, we called him up to fix a botched job another plumber left us with. Craig was great at communicating. He fixed the problems and put our master bathroom back together. Thank you, Craig.

This time was air conditioning maintenance. Dean is great! He is on time, very knowledgeable, professional and kind. He has done work on HVAC on both of our houses and does a great job! Everyone at Craig has done a great job.

Grant was very prompt and courteous. He spent quite a bit of time trying to see what is causing the furnace to be so loud on occasion. It never did make the noise while he was here and he suggested I video it sometime when it does happen. I will definitely try to do that. Craig Plumbing Is definitely trying to figure this out.

Craig and his team were super helpful. The repair was done quickly and I loved that I was given a two-hour window of time to meet them at my house (rather than a 4-hour window) and they showed up at the beginning of that window of time! Will use them again, for sure.

I was very pleased with the service I was provided by the 2 servicemen, Xander and Grant, who came to my house for routine checks and maintenance on my plumbing and heating systems. They let me know when they were on their way, got here when promised and were friendly and polite, patiently answering all my questions . They provided a thorough review of both systems, including photos to document their findings. I was provided immediate estimates for potential repair/replacement recommendations, but not given any hard sell, which I appreciated.
I bought this company’s 1 year maintenance plan at an auction for a local farmed animal sanctuary, and feel doubly good about a company that was willing to contribute to a community non-profit in this way!
