Schlueter Heating is fantastic!
Carl was able to fix my furnace at a very affordable price. And he is very nice. I felt that he is very knowledgeable and has lot of integrity. I will definitely keeping his number for any future repairs and to pass along to friends.

Carl Schlueter responded promptly to my need for a gas control valve replacement on my 1986-vintage furnace. He had the valve in stock, he was prompt, thorough, and efficient, and the total cost was under $350. Other furnace repair people told me I had to replace the furnace ($4400-7000 for an 80%-efficient unit, or $9000-12,000 for a 96%-efficient unit) because "replacement parts are no longer available" (which I knew was not true) and because "rust inside the heat exchanger means it is probably cracked." Carl performed a proper multi-point inspection, gave me an honest analysis of the remaining lifetime of the furnace, and advised me about my ongoing maintenance responsibilities. I recommend Carl for the quality of his service, and most especially for his honesty and integrity.

My attic furnace stopped communicating with my NEST thermostat. Carl came and diagnosed the problem while doing a full evaluation to make sure there was nothing else wrong. He replaced the fuse and it seemed to be fixed but he was concerned there might be another problem. Next day furnace again not working. He came back, replaced the fuse, recut and restripped the wires going to the furnace from the thermostat and it works now. Wiring was somehow shorting out the fuse. No charge for the second time visit. Friendly service. Will call again if have a HVAC problem. Thanks Carl.

I can't believe we are all talking about the same person. I have used Schlueter Heating twice and both times have been extremely satisfied. This last time he came the same day I talked to him, called me to let me know he was 10 minutes away and fixed my AC for $120. I think he's great.

Carl came and fixed my old furnace today, on a moment's notice. He was fast, knowledgeable, honest, and fixed my problem for literally 1/5 the price that was quoted to me another HVAC company that came the same day.
