We had a whole system installed by these guys and it simply doesn’t work. Schedule tech visits but don’t turn up. Paid them a lot and after they have the money they don’t seem to care. We also paid for a humidifier that wasn’t installed until I asked where it was to turn it on/off…..

We are a church and have some old HVAC equipment on the roof. One of our units failed and was so old that new parts were not available. The techs found some recycled parts, cleaned both units and got everything going. They were prompt and reasonable in price. Highly recommended.

Fast, friendly service!!! Cameron and Art were amazing!! They called me 45 minutes before their arrival to be sure I could be home at that time and they were both very informative (I ask a ton of questions) and were very friendly!! Air Mechanical is a wonderful company, very responsive and communicated throughout the entire process which I find incredibly helpful. 11/10 to these guys!!

Thank you Air Mechanical!!! It is nice to know that I can trust in the services, prices, and the diagnostics. They do not pay employees on commission, which is why they don't try to sell you or charge you for unnecessary services. After having two other companies come out to look at the issue, I was left without heat and estimates ranging from $850 - $1300 (depending on whether they could warranty the blower motor). This seemed a bit high, so I kept calling other companies. Many were booked out, but we needed heat (I have two younger children). Then I called Air Mechanical, and they were able to come out that day. Art and Cam provided very professional, fast and friendly service. They identified the issue, rerouted and changed the wiring to allow heat to be produced until the blower motor could be changed. The next day, The A Team ( Art and Cam), came back, switched out the blower motor in about and hour. The total charge was under $200 ( blower motor was under warranty). They are the only HVAC company I will contact in the future!!!

We had great service last Friday with Tech Jeremy. Our 3 year old furnace was causing loud banging in our air ducts. Another contractor offered no solution other than to replace everything for $3500. Jeremy had the experience and creativity to reinforce the ducts with metal bands that solved the problem for $200. We were very pleased.

Air Mechanical was absolutely amazing!! They not only found a blower motor for me during the craziness of the Marshall fire, but installed it after hours for literally half the cost quoted to me by Precision. They are professional, capable, and honest and I will never go anywhere else!

Couldn't recommend these guys more. Communication was immediate. Saved me more than 50% from what Applewood quoted (AVOID APPLEWOOD!). Art and Cameron were amazing! Showed me everything they were doing. Were right on time. They knew their stuff and were amazing. For me personally, Air Mechanical will be my one and only phone call, going forward!!! Do yourself a favor and save a ton of time, just call these guys 1st

this company is a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end-- friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. if i could give six stars i would. i had an issue with a water heater. turns out i need a plumber--- they made calls to see who i could use and even took time to explain it to one i called, all without charging me for the trip. call these guys before anyone. thank you so much!

If possible, ZERO Stars...Jeremy from Air Mechanical was one of the rudest service techs that I ever talked to. Before we even met, he insulted me with his attitude (we ran an errand and was not home when he arrived....we were given a window of time and were within it. He called me, left not message. I immediately returned his call, and said we were on our way and would be home in 10 minutes. He said to "hurry up because he had a lot to do"....no kidding), then told me that he was $140 per hour in the most insulting way imaginable. I then told him he was fired, he said fine and hung up. I called and told the Air Mechanical office in a VM....no answer....that Jeremy had been fired, why, and to not even consider sending a bill. Too bad for them. We need 2 A/C and heater units replaced, probably a $15,000 bill and they lost that one! I DO NOT RECOMMEND OUR LOCAL HVAC COMPANY AIR MECHANICAL...obviously.

I had Air Mechanical replace a Control Board for me. It took several weeks to get a replacement part and after they installed the part the fix only worked a day. I eventually had another company put in a new control board and its been working fine for months. When I received the invoice from Air Mechanical, I explained that it appeared the part was defective since it only worked for a day - I asked if they could give me a discount on the job. Aric Mechanical said they would look into it which I was grateful for. A long time went by and I never heard back, so I reached out a few times to see what conclusion they had come to. The only response I ever got was a new invoice with a late fee added to the bill.
