We had a whole home humidifier quoted and installed within a week of reaching out. Their price was competitive compared to the other 3 we got.

Our water pressure is extremely high and so the humidifier needed adjustments. They came back first thing and made those adjustments, and it’s running perfectly.

They also educated me on everything along the way, so that I know what to do in case of an emergency. I will be using them for any and all projects I need.

I am very satisfied with my experience with Carbon Valley. They were quick in sending a tech to my home. Jed was professional, friendly, and he provided great information throughout the process.

Carbon Valley recently installed a new furnace, heat-pump, UV filter, and humidifier in our Erie home and I've got to say, everything from the initial consult by Jacob to the install by Samson and Zach was just plain spot on. The team quickly addressed our needs, installed an excellent system and trained us on it, making sure along the way that we were informed and happy with our purchase. Sure, they may cost a bit more than other HVAC folks, but it's obvious that they pass the extra cost from the consumer on to the exceedingly skillful installers and techs. In other words, you are paying for confidence that you'll be supported. Sure, you're welcome to explore your options, but I can tell you that you'll be happy with Carbon Valley...can you say that about the slightly cheaper guys down the road who don't get back to you when something's wrong?

I needed help on short notice and they came out right away. I found them to be friendly, responsive, fair dealing, and ethical. I got such a good vibe from our interaction that I had them come back out to install a whole-house humidifier. I will call them again next time I need service for my HVAC system, for sure. Was never put on schedule after being approved. Left my disabled veteran husband and I to endure record setting heat. We were never contacted and after two weeks had to call them to find out! Immediately found a more professional company who beat CHAC's price and took care of us.

Absolutely fantastic service. Our unit broke and was beyond repair, Carbon Valley was able to work me into their busy schedule and get us a new unit. Customer service was fantastic. The new unit is amazing and very efficient. The only reason they did not get 5 stars was because one of the service men left a few screws on the basement floor and my husband stepped on one, thankfully it was not a child. Carbon Valley was very accommodating to this issues. Thanks so much Carbon Valley.

Amazing company--highly recommend. Provided same day service, troubleshoot a/c system to a bad blower motor, had the parts, installed and had unit running within 7 hrs after I called them--that's simply amazing. I am so very happy with the service I got! I had hoped for a repair of my furnace and water heater after my cellar flooded, but they were beyond help. The guys found me the right equipment and helped me get the financing I needed. Then the installation guys were incredible, came on their day off because I was in a jam. I would recommend this company to Everyone I can tell!

*Edit 6-8-18 To make matters worse, I get a call this morning from Dale who says he is on his way for our appointment. I inform him that the AC is working again and that I was told I would get a call back for phone troubleshooting. He says that's something they don't even do. So for almost 3 days, I am waiting on a phone call that was never going to come. Phone communication/front end customer service dysfunction has become the best identifier for when a company is disorganized, overworked, underemployed, or inadequate for the job at hand. Therefore, I cannot recommend this company*

Called yesterday to get some phone troubleshooting. No call back received. House was 85 degrees and AC not working. Terrible service. They foolishly recommended M&M over the phone to me so thanks for giving me your competition as a reference.
