Life's a Breaze Heating & Cooling

Called for installation of new duct work in basement. I was quickly being pressured into paying $149 per year for some program they have. They also said it would be $129 just for coming out to give me a quote. I called other places and they do not charge for quotes.

Saw great reviews here so we had someone come look at our broken AC. They couldn’t diagnose problem so they said we had to completely replace our 2 year old AC unit and it would take two weeks for parts to come in. It’s been over a month with no word from Life’s a Breaze. I have called multiple times in the last two weeks (it’s been almost 100 degrees for a month and we’re roasting) and I am told each time that there’s nothing they can do and a manager will call me THAT day and “not to worry”. I have not received a single call back. We definitely got swindled. So frustrating that we have to now pay another company to come fix it. $300 is a big chunk of money to lose out on.

This is a great heating and cooling company. The tech was very knowledgeable and did a good job. The price was very reasonable. I have no complaints.
