Connor was great! He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He provided great service, and let me know what things I need to watch out for with potential service items in the future. He even took the time to help me load and learn how to utilize my Bryant evolution control app on my phone for my HVAC system. I will definitely use H&M Mechanical again.

It was most worthwhile to have my Heating and Cooling system inspected to know that they are still in excellent reliable condition and what to do to keep them that way. He found a problem that could have become a major one (with A/C not working and possibly needing replacement), but he found a way to solve it and keep running fine & reliably. -Am very thankful of that.
Just wanted to comment about the outstanding service i receive from Conner Allen, Service Manager. He and his team have provided constant quality HVAC services for the properties i manage for many years. Would highly recommend him! Nick F.
On March 1, 2023, we had had no heat for two days because our furnace fan died. An H & M technician ( I think it was Josh) had come out on Feb 27 or 28 to diagnose it and order the part. I called H & M and told them I would pay someone extra to drive to Denver and get the part. The reason was that I was scheduled to bring my husband home from rehab on March 1st. It had taken several weeks to convince the rehab to let him come home. He had been in hospital and rehabs for six weeks at that point. It was March 1st or who knows when? So early on March 1st this truck pulls up, not an H & M truck, and this nice man hands me a box with the new fan in it. I went and got Alfred and brought him home. He was still pretty weak at that time. Still no heat and of course it was pretty cold out. So we bundled up. And sure enough, about 3-4pm, Josh came back and installed our fan. We had heat! And Alfred could relax and start his recovery process at home. I feel everyone I dealt with at H & M was kind and compassionate, and that they really stepped on it to get our heat restored. They listened to me and could hear the stress in my voice. And then they all worked together to get the job done quickly. This is the kind of service I have always received from H & M, which is why they are the only HVAC company I will ever call. Also, another H & M technician, Preston maybe, had come out about 10pm one night while my husband was gone. I had water dripping on my furnace---not good. He shut the humidifier off and I decided to table that issue for later. It was the same cheerful, prompt service, with a can-do attitude--- You all are a great company, and I'm so lucky to have you close by. Thank you again, Mary Ann & Alfred Saussotte
Excellent customer service! Connor called to let me know time he would be at my home, called enroute and when he got here. He spent time troubleshooting the furnace and have a plan in place if issues continue. I have used H&M before and trust the staff and work they do. Thank you!
Conner did an excellent job trouble shooting and correcting issues with my conditioning. He cleaned, checked for leaks and filled unit with freon. He also gave me some tips in regard cleaing my unit that can cause problems. Great service. Highly recommend H and M for your air conditioner service.
I was told I needed a new furnace from another HVAC company. My furnace was less than 7 years old! I called H&M for a second opinion. A new switch was all that was needed to get her working again - Thank you Eric and H&M.
