H&M Mechanical LLC

Have had H&M out twice to repair my AC unit when the condenser drain pipe clogged and flooded my basement. In 2021, they came out quickly and cleaned the pipe but made no recommendations other than to call them regularly for service. Same problem happened in 2022 - again flooded my basement. They were available quickly which was great. Tech came out, unclogged the pipe and recommended a back-up sensor to cut the power if it backed up. Two hours after installation the system shut off because the drain pipe was still clogged (of course this happened on a Friday night, after hours). Called another company to fix - they replaced the pipe entirely and showed me all the gunk that was never "cleaned out" in the first place. When I called the office to discuss, I was met with hostility. The manager asked why I didn't let them fix it again if I had an issue and he didn't like my answer that they had already worked on my AC unit twice without fixing the problem and I was not going to give them a third chance. When I asked to discuss my bill, I was told only the owner could discuss that matter. Despite my request for a call from the owner, nobody ever called me back. I will not be using them again in the future.

When another company couldn't/wouldn't repair our furnace, we called H&M & they sent a tech out that day & had our furnace up & running in about an hour. When it's time for a new furnace, we'll be calling H&M, not our old furnace company. Thanks guys!
