Dale came to my place of business to diagnose a problem with the roof top unit. He ran the system after turning back on the gas an electrical and let me know it was running fine. We discussed the age of the unit and that I would be advised to replace it sooner than later because of it's age. I will definitely use Dale to do just that.

Dale was extremely thorough in installing our new boiler, addressing our concerns in a timely manner and making a trip back to make sure everything was working properly. He was respectful of our time and space during installation, and my kids loved interacting with him. Honest man and honest prices.

Late Friday night in middle of winter, my furnace stopped working. I called Dale and he helped my diagnose my furnace problem over the phone at no cost. He spent 20 minutes on the phone with me and helped me diagnose why my furnace was not working. I got it back up and running thanks to Dale.

Record high temps in May and of course the AC starts acting up. Dale was the only that responded to all my messages and squeezed us in the same day. He stayed late working our unit to make sure it would work. He was professional and friendly and I highly recommend calling him for service. He was very honest and very reasonable with his prices.

I have called Absolute 1st Choice on several occasions, for both heating and AC, at a small condo and a single family home. On most occasions, they were able to make repairs on the same day. For larger projects, work was scheduled within the week.
