After becoming overwhelmed trying to install my replacement toilet, I called Graigs Plumbing. Within hours, I had a working toilet with no leaks.

I discovered my water heater was leaking at 4:30pm on a Thursday. By 4:30pm on Friday I had a new water heater installed and ready to go! Craig was very helpful, knowledgeable and took great care of my home during the installation. He explained the problem with my old water heater and gave me tips to extend the life of my new water heater. A+++ service!

Great experience! Eric (HVAC tech) was friendly and very informative. We replaced a fan in the furnace & had the AC unit cleaned. My husband is looking forward to a more efficient air conditioner.

well, this week the original faucet in our kitchen sink, decided that after twelve years of faithful service, it was time to spring a leak. i am certainly no handyman, but i think that fixing a leaky faucet by changing a washer or seating is within my skill set. much t o my chagrin, the faucet design precluded this as an option and after a frustrating few hours, i decided to call a professional. the first plumbing service i contacted could not schedule a service call for at least 10 days, and having a faucet that was leaking copiously for that amount of time, was out of the question. i called Craig plumbing and they scheduled a plumber to shoot over and give us an estimate two days later. man, what a boon! Eric, took a look and told me that the faucet required replacement and that i could call the manufacturer and wait for a warranty replacement, have his company provide a replacement, or i could go buy the new faucet and have him install it two days later. never before have i had a plumber offer me alternatives to their purchase and markup for new equipment and that totally floored me.
today, Eric Zigler came and installed the faucet i purchased in much less than the scheduled two hours. he left our kitchen clean, the cabinet under the sink dry and the new faucet working without issue. Eric was courteous, respectful and professional at all times. if his behavior is indicative of the company culture, i would recommend Craig Plumbing to anyone, without a seconds hesitation. they were honest, fair and did the job quickly and professionally.

Top quality work. I had some concerns along the way, but they were addressed by Craig above and beyond my expectations.

First of all, Craig called me on CHRISTMAS DAY when my water heater decided to die and leak everywhere. He talked me through how to manage that situation and gave me a quote on a new install. The next day, after doing my "get 3 quotes" thing, Craig had not only the best quote (by far) but was the most knowledgeable about everything I needed. He had the new water heater installed in two hours that same day. I can highly recommend and will use his services again if needed [[looks at old plumbing in house and sighs]].

ETA: I had an issue with the gas line to the water hater and they came out the same day, put in a new line, no charge. Just exceptional service.

My furnace quit the other night, so I let my fingers browse through Nextdoor for recommendations. I was planning to get a few quotes just for due diligence even though it was very cold, I still had my fireplace and space heater. Craig Plumbing Heating & Cooling. They were top ranked so naturally I started with them. I needed to go no further. I was tremendously impressed with everything Eric did. From the opening conversation to the excellent quality of craftsmanship in his to work final thank-yous. Truely, it is difficult for me to remember a time when I have been so satisfied with a business deal. I could tell from the get go that he has a passion for his trade. He is not just an installer of stuff. He cares about customers and their satisfaction AND importantly his reputation. He answered every little nit picking question I had. If you can't tell by now, Eric and his company are tops in my book and will be my go to folks in the future

These guys did a great job. The only reason I didn’t give them five stars is due to how much the cost was. I ended up paying only 69$ an hour for labor which is great but they also charged me 420$ for a condenser cleaning. That just seams high to me but it needed done and it was obvious just from the look of it. They did great work as the AC unit cools great now!
