My heat went out during a cold spell but Craig’s Plumbing & Heating was quick to respond. Eric made the necessary repairs and thoroughly tested the heating system and carbon monoxide levels. He made recommendations on new HVAC options to consider in the future. I am thankful he was able to fix the system for now and will definitely consider using Craig’s when I’m ready to purchase a new system.

My hot water heater went out on a Sunday, and Craig Plumbing was the only company that returned my call same day. The owner, Craig Brazanskas, came out on Monday and installed a new water heater, and also found that the house pressure regulator was bad and fixed that as well. Craig explained everything he did, and answered all my questions. Very personable and professional. I'll certainly use Craig Plumbing again!

Our air conitioning system had been making a slight metallic noise on occasion for sevral months. Then, in July it started making a lot of noise. We've used several HVAC services over the years since moving to Colorado, and we've been disappointed with just about all of them.
Craig is one of our neighbors. He'd recently helped me out with another A/C issue, and shared that he'd expanded his plumbing business to include HVAC serivces. So, we called Craig.
Eric was our technician. He arrived early for the appointment and very quickly diagnosed that our HVAC blower motor was going bad. He then provided us with a detailed quote for an equivalent motor, and a quote for a newer, more efficient ECM blower motor. While the ECM motor was more expensive, Eric explained its benefits - better efficiecy, potentially lower utility bills and most importantly, better temperature control throughout the house. On his recommendation, we opted for the ECM motor, and we couldn't be happier. We noticed rigth away it pretty much eliminated the hot and cold spots in our house, and provided a much more consistent temperature throughout our house. What's even better - our system runs a lot less and that has noticeably lowered our monthly bill.

Craig and Eric are true professionals, and we are grateful to them for their prompt service, expert knowledge and honesty. I recommend them to all our friends.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Our heating system went down during the lockdown in COVID. Dean Thomsen came over right away, he even offered us space heaters to get through the night. Since then he has come twice and is very professional. Yesterday our. AC wasn't working, Dean came to our rescue in just an hour.

I called them for a minor leak in my basement and they made it out the same day and had it fixed in no time. I will definitely be using them again and referring to my friends
