This was a horrible experience. The employees that I interacted with were extremely rude. I had another company at the house working on drywall and they all made a point to mention how rude they were. I wanted to talk about going with a tankless water heater, but I felt so uncomfortable talking to them that I just wanted the whole thing to be over with and ended up with a product I didn't want. I can't comment on the price considering this was my first experience buying a hot water heater. I noticed after they left that there is obvious damage to the door leading to the basement. I feel that any reputable company would acknowledge what happened and would try to make things right.

Called late on a Monday night and had a new water heater installed by Wednesday afternoon. Very professional.

I had a clog in my kitchen sink drain that I was not able to unclog myself (though I put in my best effort). Knowing how much plumbers cost, I was reluctant to call one in, but I called Craig at 7:30am and he was able to come out at 10am.

I find it kind of funny that he did exactly the same thing I did (though with far more heavy duty equipment) and was able to clear the clog in about 30 minutes. He also took the time to inform me how to keep this type of clog (grease buildup from ~60 years of use) from happening in the future.

I understand that you pay for the knowledge and experience more than you pay for the service on some of these calls, and that being the case, I can say the pricing was fair, though a bit on the high side for what needed to be done (still worth it so that I didn't have to spend half a day trying to do it myself). Will definitely give Craig a call for plumbing services needed in the future.
