First visit identified the problem. Not a drain issue but an older hot water heater with no pressure protection. Estimate followed and work day was setup. Fixed pronto within 4-5 days and by great personnel.

We had a sudden need for a plumber to unclog our kitchen sink lines. Craig was here in 20 minutes, very courteous, professional and friendly. The reply to my call for installation of a new kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal was immediate. Mr. Craig and technician came when they said they would, inspected the plumbing for any additional materials needed, gave me an estimate and began the work. In less than two hours they had completed the job and left my kitchen in better shape than it was before they arrived. The kitchen has a new life in an old house! It was excellent work, no breaks, and unnecessary to run out for additional supplies. It was awesome because in the past I have never experienced such great service. Forget the 5-star rating! Water heater went out on a Sunday - and even though Eric had a family celebration, he still came out to take a look. Unfortunately I needed a new water heater, and he was out the next day by 9 am installing it. Great service and he worked with me on the price as well! Thanks so much!

So, yesterday morning we got up to get ready to go to work. The wife is making the dogs breakfast, and she said that the water was not getting hot. I went down to the basement and found the hot water heater had sprung a leak. I shut off the water and then started cleaning up the water. Got the water cleaned up and called work, letting them know that I was not going to be able to make it into work. I then called another company that I've used in the past and thought things were in motion to get the heater replaced. They weren't. I then did an online serch and found Craig Plumbing. Craig gave me good information and a quote for replacing the heater, I told him that I was getting some quotes from other companies at the time. Well they either would not give me a ballpark quote or they could not do the replacement until next Tuesday. I called Craig Plumbing back and left a voice mail. Craig called back and was able to come out yesterday and several hours before the scheduled time. They did a great job and we are now enjoying hot water in the house.
