Dropped the ball! I had a scheduled appt for an estimate and he was a no show. He contacted me with an excuse after I left him a VM about the appt. He then asked me what the appt was for and what my address was. Not very organized. He could be a good plumber, but you have to show up first.

Craig did a nice job and got the work done in an expedient manner.
