My furnace wouldn't stay on long enough to heat my house. I contacted Craig Plumbing for assistance. Grant arrived at my door this afternoon, on time and prepared to address the concerns. He was clean and used shoe covers. Grant took the time to ask for important details and carefully evaluated the furnace. I was pleased with his professionalism and thoroughness. Thank you to Grant at Craig Plumbing, I have heat again, in time for the snow to start falling again.

The quality of work is impeccable. They replaced my old boiler and hot water heater with a new on-demand system. I have been having issues with the equipment. Every time I have called, they were out right away to investigate to resolve the issue.

Our AC was not blowing cold air, so I contacted Craig Plumbing to have their technicians come out. I was given instructions on how to prepare for the visit, and due to my own misunderstanding, the preparations weren't sufficient (specifically, make sure if you have a frozen evaporator, you need to run just the fan for 24 hours prior, don't turn it back on). No problem, it was my own mistake, my fault, no harm no foul, and I was ready to schedule a second visit, and was happy to pay for the technicians time for both visits.

What I didn't need was attitude from Craig Plumbing when I called to schedule the second visit. The tone of exasperation and rudeness towards me, the customer, was highly unprofessional. There will always be customers that screw things up, learn to deal with that, kindness never hurt anybody. I rescheduled with a different firm.

Craig arrived on Christmas Eve to save our holiday when our toilet froze and started leaking. He was kind, professional, on time (even early!), and fixed the problem! Thank you, Craig!
