My system was not humidifying, I received excellent service from a very knowledgeable technician. He was quick, had a replacement valve on hand and was happy to keep me informed of what was going on as he worked. I couldn't ask for more.

Lost heat in the house. They sent a technician out ASAP and got temporary heat restored. Replaced aging system with Cooper 2 days later and very happy with the quality of service and installation. Very respectful of our home and how the system looks and performs and how clean the work area was after they were finished.

They came out and completed a service on my LG split system. Everything checked out and they did not try to sell me any sort of upgrades. I thought it was a great visit and was very happy I called them.

Worked with these guys through Costco program. New original AC unit, replacement furnace & water heater. They didn't try to up-sell me. Very professional & courteous crew. Great communication and on time. Costco incentives brought their bid in significantly under other two bids I received.

The Cooper team was very helpful when our heater went out just before Christmas. The service tech came out to our home the same day and gave us an honest assessment of our furnace. It was 30 years old, so I knew it was on its last legs and would need to be replaced sooner or later. He seemed much more concerned about our safety than selling a new system which made us feel at ease despite the conditions. He was able to get it up and running again and offered to leave space heaters as it was in the negatives that day, but with the risk of it failing again we decided to have a sales representative come out and provide an estimate on the new system. He was thorough and straightforward as well and offered us several options for a new furnace as well as a few additional options with an AC install (which we had asked for - not a fan of the swamp cooler which came with the house). We ultimately decided to go with a daikan system for the furnace and ac and have had great results so far. The install team was very professional and courteous throughout the process. The system certainly wasn’t cheap (I did not receive other estimates, but it seemed comparable to what my brother-in-law recently paid for a similar install via another company), but I am confident that the cooper team will stand by their work and do what’s best for the customer.

Have used these folks several times for routine maintenance as well as new AC install. Always professional and easy to work with. Very satisfied with their service and will continue to use them.

Our basement flooded and we were desperate for a plumber. Cooper responded quickly and replaced our sump pump. Their confidence and expertise helped ease my anxiety about the situation. Highly recommend!

Darian deserves a raise for how patient and professional he was during a complex and frustrating project. If you look back through the last few one star reviews here, you’ll see that my husband, Doug Belanger, wrote about the trouble we’d been having with our very new HVAC system installed by Cooper in 2021. That review is from 5 months ago, when we couldn’t get the heat to switch on. Well, here it is June, and we went to turn on the A/C…no dice, the thing is completely silent and will not turn on (for the fourth season change since we purchased it two years ago). I hate to be a person who leaves public negative reviews, but this is bordering on absurdity.

We hired Cooper through Costco so received several discounts.

However, Cooper was great to work with beginning to end - sales and install well coordinated and organized.

Very thorough and professional outfit!
