The tech was friendly, understanding and shared his experience with pests before he became a tech. It was helpful. He did the best job spraying. Hope he is a regular.

We appreciate the work of Cooper. The employees were responsive to our questions and the new HVAC system is working beautifully. It is a great improvement over our previous system.

I would highly recommend Cooper Heating & Cooling (CHC)! I needed to replace my 23 year old heating and air conditioning units and my house is on the larger side so, I needed 2 of each. I obtained 3 different bids and worked with Riley from CHC, He was very easy to work with and explained everything well. After selecting the best deal and equipment from CHC and then signing the agreement, I was assigned with the installation team of 2 Ivans and Cody to do the 2 day installation. The team communicated well throughout the project and when they were done, they explained everything to me and cleaned up really well. The extent of the job required them to cut several holes in the ceiling of the bedroom in my finished basement that's adjacent to the furnace room. CHC connected me with and paid for a drywall repair service who promptly repaired, textured, and painted all the affected areas. My drywall repair contact was Brian and he was great to deal with and got everything looking in top shape. It's this kind of above and beyond that sets CHC apart from the others. It's been a month and I've used the heat and the air and it's tremendous and very efficient. We especially love the ecobee smart thermostats and app. Being very reasonably priced and backing that up with exceptional service is hard to come by these days so I'm glad I went to Cooper Heating and Cooling for my HVAC replacement.

We had Cooper's Heating and Cooling install a humidifier a year ago which has made a huge improvement in our home considering how dry it is here in Denver. This week we had them come out and service our HVAC system to make sure everything was in good order. Darian came out both times so it was nice to see a familiar face and someone who is professional, friendly, knows what he is doing, kept our house clean by wearing booties over his shoes, and patient with me while he explained everything. The office staff is also very friendly and professional. An all around great experience for us.

I’ve been a long term customer, but my last experience is ending that. I had a technician come out to assess an issue with black spots in our water. The technician didn’t even bother to look at our hot water heater, he suggested it was an anode issue, and was not a warranty issue. The technician was wrong. I had another plumber come out, and replace the hot water heater under warranty. This solved the problem. It’s disappointing that Cooper came out, charged a fee, didn’t do a thorough job, and misdiagnosed an issue. I called the company several times, however they have not responded to me.

The HVAC work was done by Michael Angelo, Ivan and Ivan. All these technicians seem well qualified, were very professional and courteous and made sure I was satisfied with their work. They arrived ontime, cleaned up after their work and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Cooper Heating & Cooling and the 3 Technicians that did the work for me.

The team at Cooper Heating did an outstanding job with our new HVAC selection and installation. We felt in very trustworthy and capable hands throughout the process — From our first meeting with Jim who patiently walked us through options and help us to select the appropriate HVAC system for our requirements to the final installation by the install team headed by Luis. Luis and the whole team were so respectful of our property, thorough in explaining their work, and very pleasant to have in the home during the install. Would highly recommend Cooper Heating and use them again.

These guys are the best around. I have used them for everything including plumbing and not only are they good at what they do, their customer service is remarkable as well. Home problems are the worst but it makes it a hell of a lot easier with these guys around. Thank you! (And thank you Jaimee for getting a plumber out to me wicked fast today!) Had a leak in my baseboard heating system and Cooper Heating was able to get in service rep out immediately. Their rep, Conner was on time, very professional and obviously great at his job. He was able to get the problem fixed in a couple of hours and that included a trip to pick up the necessary part. I will definitely count on Cooper Heating & Cooling for future repairs!

After having some problems with our water heater, David Baker from Cooper gave us a comprehensive review of the pros and cons about repair vs replacement with realistic costs and timelines.

We decided on replacing the unit (a decision not pushed on us by David at all) and he was able to come back within a day and fully replace the unit. He completed the work in less time than he estimated, was extremely pleasant to work with.

Highly recommend requesting David if you are in the Fort Collins area.
