They were Efficient in the estimating and then the subsequent HVAC replacement. Performed in one day approximately 7 hours on site. Cleaned up well afterwords and were friendly and informative during installation and final checkout.

I have used various services from Cooper through the years since 2015 when your company installed my new furnace and a central ac system. Every time I have had a reason to call your company the services I requested were handled well once I reached the appropriate service provider and explained my issues. That says a lot!

I called to ask questions about our new Lennox furnace, heat pump and air conditioning system as our power bill seemed off. I spoke with a service agent who said someone would contact me to discuss later in the day. She called back shortly thereafter and told me there was a technician in our area who would be happy to come by and check our system. Jacob came and was fantastic. He ran several diagnostics, changed some of our settings to make our system more efficient, explained the best use of our smart thermostat, and answered all of my questions. He helped me understand the best way for our system to run the most effective and efficient way. This company has taken great care of us so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

Technician was professional and thorough. Good communicator and showed me his work as well as teaching me a couple of things about my heating system I didn't know.

Matthew Carpenter alerted us to his arrival and politely and efficiently performed our heating system maintenance including UV bulb replacement. He thoroughly reviewed with us what he had done and answered all our questions.

Perry ?last name? measured our house cubic footage and window square footage and reviewed our present electrical and HVAC system to prepare an estimate for a heat pump. He was prompt, professional, courteous and helpful throughout his time with us.

As a newer home owner, the team at Cooper was the first Denver HVAC company (out of 6) I've talked to that gave me legitimate solutions at a reasonable price. Project Manager Il Yim answered all my questions for three hours the first day, and offered great rebate solutions. Since our initial meeting, he was quick to call, text, or email me back when I had questions. His team works with Xcel Energy to ensure customers get the best rebates possible – and they do all the rebate paperwork for you (Most companies don't do this). Day of installation, his team (Matthew and Kevin) worked efficiently and critically, taking into account the best setup for our home, and our existing duct work. They also found MANY shortcuts that other HVAC professionals got away with in years past (in terms of proper HVAC installation, unit compatibility, energy deficiency areas, unnecessary add-ons, and so on). They were also careful to ensure that their installation passes all city inspection tests. My new unit is now more efficient, more safe, and more customized to our comfort needs. As far as the aesthetics of the installation, they reconfigured all the pipes, vents, tubes, and wiring to make sure it wasn't as clunky and obnoxious as before. This a 5-star HVAC team and a world-class home comforts company.

Had the Cooper team come check out my furnace due to some water pooling at the base of the unit. I had had another firm out early and they told me I need a whole new furnace. Cooper's tech Carson looked over the furnace and found the condensation drain hadn't been functioning well. He adjusted it and did a full diagnosis on the furnace, turned out the furnace was fine. I'll use Cooper any time I have HVAC needs.

Really excellent experience quickly addressing an electrical issue from previous installation they did. Fully accountable and electrician (Brett) went out of his away to explain and address the issue, get the needed parts, and get things back up and running promptly.
