I replaced two furnaces and two ac units. The team was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. Showed up on time and maintained great communication through text and email. Worked non-stop for about 10 hours per day, with a short lunch break. They were very respectful of our home...covered and cleaned each area they were working in. Great attention to detail. I would highly recommend Cooper Heating & Cooling to everyone.

I had to get my A/C serviced and Cooper Hearing and Cooling was amazing. They kept me very informed from the time I scheduled the appointment right down to when the tech arrived. Joe was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I would definitely recommend this company!

Had a wonderful experience with the whole Cooper Team from start to finish. They installed a 3-zone mini split system in my old house. Super communicative from the very beginning and worked with me to fine tune equipment to my exact needs. Would recommend them any day of the week.

We had our AC installed less than 24 hours ago, and the most positive thing I can say is the AC does exist and was installed. We are piling up issues really fast though, including my basement flooding.

The first red flag was when the technician disconnected the wires for my thermostat, couldn't figure out why it said "no power", and left saying the AC was on when it actually wasn't running at all (they heard our house fans running and took that to mean the AC was on). Absolutely flabbergasted. There were 4 technicians here.

Additionally they tripped our kitchen power and we didn't find out until later (they apparently don't double-check the electrical box...), our water heater pilot appears to be out, and now our basement is FLOODING.

I was able to fix the thermostat myself, and got a very lukewarm "so sorry about that, we'll address it with training". Currently waiting on hold for 10+ minutes trying to address the FLOODING issue, and feeling very, very foolish.

The only silver lining is that we bought this through Costco, and I will be reaching out to Costco today if I can't get in touch with Cooper.

Cooper replaced our 32 year old furnace and A/C system all in one day. All the guys did a fantastic job and we are very pleased with what they delivered. They were very courteous, kept us informed of the installation process, and were very respectful of our property. Thanks to all those Cooper workers who came out to work on the installation and who made this a painless process for us.

Jason invited zero information and options when I was looking for a heat pump solution for my house. I ended up going with a mini split system. I felt so comfortable with the decision because of the information provided and all my questions being answered. The install team was polite, on time, clean and communicated the installation process and how to use the system. The team also completed my vouchers for me!

We had a new heat pump and furnace installed by Cooper back in June and are very pleased with their work. Since install we’ve had two small issues come up and they were addressed very quickly. Cooper has a separate Quality team that handles these things and they were great (thanks Jacob)! Riley who did our estimate and contract was great too, as were the installer (I wish I could remember their names).

Cooper is the Costco installer and part of the Denver Climate Action rebate program for heat pumps so going with them was very cost effective for us.

I had Carter from Cooper Heating and Cooling come out to fix my heater. He was super professional, found out what was wrong, go the part, and installed it in the same afternoon. I am happy to have this taken care of!

Our electrical distribution panel needed replaced to prepare for an upcoming AC installation. Brett and Alex showed up and spent an entire summer day in the yard and on the roof with hot sun and eventually heavy rain bearing down on them. They were professional and effective. Brett's attention to detail was extremely appreciated. I'm extremely pleased with the work and feel like cost is reasonable. The respect they both had for Cooper was also refreshing. Would use again without hesitation.
