Resolved issues with our previous HVAC system. Added a New Lennox System and Quiet Cool House Fan! Also added new thermostats and more! So pleased by Cooper Heating and Cooler with all the professionalism of work being done in my home with kids, dogs and myself present!

Great service from all involved. Mini-split heat pump install with a complicated path that needed to be figured out for the 220v line. Beginning with the solution consultation, estimates, then the equipment install and electrical work, and not to overlook the exemplary communications—phone, email, text, and follow up by your administrative staff—all aspects of this project have surpassed my expectations. Curtis Endres was very knowledgeable both on the installation & financial part of the job. He was very detailed taking pictures to make sure the installers know where everything goes and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. We are very please with his presentation without pressure sales talk. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for air-conditioning installation estimate.

Charles was fantastic! Our condenser unit stopped working a few days ago. I did my best engineer-turned-HVAC-specialist impression and tried to figure out what was wrong — but no dice. Charles made it out here within 24 hours of my calling the helpline (on a Sunday no less), and he diagnosed the problem in quite literally two minutes: it was a dead condensate pump. He had a spare in his truck and had everything buttoned up in under thirty minutes!

We had a mini split heating/cooling system installed in our home, and it was a great experience all the way around. The system works well and was installed in an aesthetically pleasing way. We dealt mostly with Riley and Thomas, both of whom were incredibly professional and helpful. Would recommend and will use Cooper again!

What a great company! Alejandro came out to fix our furnace. He was on time, helpful and friendly, and knowledgeable about the problem. During the visit, he also noticed that our A/C was in need of cleaning and was able to address that as well. We are so pleased with our service. The technician arrived promptly. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I really appreciated getting a text before he arrived telling me he was on the way. It also included a photo of the technician. Very helpful. He was thorough and when he couldn't repair my very old units, he connected me with someone to draw up an estimate on replacements but there was no pressure whatsoever. Would definitely use again!

The guys showed up on time and told us about the day and how long. The put the tarps down so my floors wouldn’t be scratched while they moved the odd stuff out and brought the new stuff in. When the election showed up he explained to me what was going to happen and look like. The work was great quality on all ends. Water heater, AC, furnace and humidifier all installed brand new.
