I called Matt in a bind with freezing temps and my furnace no longer working. He immediately headed my way and kept me posted along the way with his timing. Matt informed me throughout his analysis what he was looking for and when he identified the issue what it was and what he needed to fix it. Thinking ahead he had already picked up the part and he was able to fix it quickly. My furnace is old and he could have easily told me I needed to replace it and I would have, but he did not and was honest with what was needed today. He has a forever customer in me and I will highly recommend him to whoever is in need of his services.

After three servicemen and a year of my home not cooling below 80° on a hot day we FINALLY found Matt. He spent the time to figure out what was going on and actually fixed it! Unlike the others who did a bare minimum cleaning and then told me to call them back of it didn't cool down, Matt worked until the problem was taken care of. He makes other companies look bad! They wanted to keep charging a service fee and come back as many times as possible; Matt wanted to take care of the issue! I found an honest, hard-working guy and I'll recommend him to anyone who will listen.

He was very responsive and knowledgeable throughout the process of obtaining his recommendation on the project and an effecient completion of the job. He provided a cost-effective price for parts and labor, which was greatly appreciated after receiving a quote from a larger company that wanted over double what Matt was charging. I plan to use Matt for all future service needs.

If you need a competent, professional, fairly priced HVAC mechanic, you must call Prime Performance. Matt is knowledgeable about all aspects of HVAC systems and will provide an honest assessment of what needs to be done to correct problems of existing systems or, if any new component is needed, e.g. a water heater or furnace, he will make sure you know exactly what is needed and its cost.

Matt, the owner of the company, is fantastic! He even went, above & beyond, to help us save money; he’s a small town guy, w/a big heart for helping people- however he can. I needed repairs done, that the contractors failed to complete, upon buying my home- matt came out & did what was needed & then, when another problem arose, instead of up charging me, matt was kind enough to decline the contractor’s bid to fix the newly arose problem’s & go through him, & instead, he helped me find another HVAC company that he knew- to get the job done & charge me, less. So, moral of the story being, he’s one of the very few companies out there, just, trying to make money- he, actually, has an amazing moral compass & is just out to help people, how he can, w/his experience in the field. I would recommend him to, anyone! I promise, you won’t be disappointed. We’ll be using him for the remainder of our ‘homeowning’ days & recommending him to all that are in need of HVAC service! Matt went above and beyond for us. I contacted him about replacing our system and he came the same night and worked well past midnight to get our air conditioning going for half the price any other company quoted us. Thank you Matt, you're the man!
