Our service tech was right one time, polite and very knowledgeable. We are looking into replacing our air con system. He spent time checking over our old system over and giving us cost effective options for replacement.

I would like to acknowledge your immense input in getting the matter resolved. Our fan on the outside unit doesn’t perform correctly and the company's serviceman explained to us that proper heat transfer cannot take place and the air conditioning compressor may overheat and trip the safety overload. Worse case scenario is that, it may cause internal damage to the compressor. All thanks to the company’s expertise and punctuality it was prevented.
