Kappler Mechanical Heating & Air Conditioning

Kappler Mechanical is top tier in all areas. We used them in May 2022 for a new HVAC system and again in February 2023 for a new tankless water heater and water softener installation. I am consistently and completely impressed by this company. Brent, Justin, Alex, and the whole team are communicative, professional, and work until it’s done and done right. The team goes above any beyond to do quality work in a cleanly manner. Kappler is not the cheapest option, but the extra cost is well worth it for the level of service and outstanding end results provided. I genuinely wish I could use them for everything home-related. They’ve made loyal customers out of me and my husband and we recommend them to everyone and anyone we can. Do yourself a favor and pick Kappler if you’re on the fence.

I was so incredibly impressed with the whole team from sales to installation For my new heat pump and mini splits. I was blown away with the amount of work this install required, but the team was so focused and efficient. They were on and around our house for two whole days and I just can not say enough good things about how impressed I was. Had them out to install a heat pump after our swamp cooler died. Kimm was very helpful, answering all the questions I had about the system. Conner, Beck, Miles, Nate, and Colin were all fantastic. The communication was excellent, everyone was professional and courteous, and the place was left neat and tidy.

Kappler did a great mini-split A/C installation for us. They started and finished the project on time. They communicated patiently and thoroughly about all aspects of the project. They were tidy and cleaned up after themselves. And the system works great.

I vetted three
other HVAC companies in my search for reputable companies. Kappler Mechanical was outstanding, not only responding to my email inquiry but short lead time in having Brent come out to evaluate the application of mini system. The highlight though was went Brent hooked me up with the contact information to apply for United Power Rebate. Very impressed with Beck and Miles experience and professional demeanor in installing a new furnace and air conditioner. They were on time and focused installing the units. The also cleaned up after themselves and made sure we understood how the units worked and how to set the new thermostat. A wonderful experience.

We have been using Kappler Mechanical for years now. They provide great value on an overall basis. Most recently during our servicing we had Nick B. as our customer service rep. He was on time, courteous, professional, diligent and complete in his servicing. Also, he was able to navigate seamlessly around our 4 dogs, without any issue. Very high grades for Nick and kudos to Kappler for employing such a great team.

Nick's professionalism and kindness made the experience very stress free. He performed a detailed diagnostic on our furnance and made sure to explain to us exactly what he was doing, why he was doing it, and what the results of the diagnostic meant.
