Cooper Heating and Air came out and replaced our 60 year old furnace. They were very professional and very informative. They protected the house before and during the work! I highly recommend them and if needed, I will do business with them again!

They showed right on time and were polite and professional. James Cook was our lead technician and ensured that everything was clean and working before he left. They worked quickly. Did a great job. Explained how everything worked to my Mother who lives in house as well. Great folks. You won't go wrong with them and hope you get James. He is great

Needed new furnaces on short notice and Cooper really came through. They came on a couple days notice and were able to replace two furnaces in one day. Very professional workers and a very professional installation. They were very knowledgeable, helpful in answering questions, honest, and the quality of the work was incredible. We used them for our air-conditioning system replacement last summer and it was the same result. Will always use Cooper in the future.

We needed a tankless water heater flush and filter cleaning. I know the company I had been using previously was not doing the flush even though the said they did. The reviews for Cooper Heating & Cooling were positive so thought we would give them a try. The technician called 30 before arrival as they said he would, arrived within the quoted window, answered all of our questions and was very professional. The tech also provided pictures to validate the work completed. I also ended up buy their green package to do our HVAC system maintenance as there was a big cost savings by doing so.

Chandler (et al) installed our new HVAC and furnace. They were such a joy to work with and made sure all systems were functioning properly. We are thrilled we went with Cooper.

Very professional team. Communication and responsiveness was great. Both teams contacted me with pictures of the technicians and ETA, and showed up when they said. Work was completed with attention to detail and they made sure everything was cleaned after. Definitely recommended

Recently had some HVAC/Ducting work from Chandler & Corey. I could tell that they were really concerned about getting the work done right. They were a pleasure to work with, and I'm really happy with the service I received.

While working on the ducts, they detected a small gas leak in the line going to my water heater. David & Ezra came out the following day to repipe that part of my gas line. You could tell they really knew what they were doing. They also gave me some advice on bathroom fixtures I might be replacing down the line.

A few months ago, Cooper also replaced my AC & Furnace with a high efficiency Heat Pump & Furnace combo. Everyone I've dealt with at Cooper has been friendly, competent, informative, and top notch. I'd recommend you give them a try.

We got several estimates to replace our HVAC system and liked the professionalism and products offered by Cooper Heating and Cooling. Staff were responsive and helpful during the planning process and we are happy with the work they did and the performance so far of our new heating and cooling system.

I found out about Cooper through Costco (highly recommended), and talked to 4 separate sets of HVAC contractors over about 2 months. Throughout the process, even though their price wasn't the cheapest (even with Costco rebates and discounts) Cooper was the most responsive and thoughtful about installation.

At long last we bit the bullet and went with Cooper. And boy are we glad we did! Every single person we encountered on the sales/installation team was personable, thoughtful, detail-oriented, and diligent. I talked to Caleb on the sales team multiple times on his day off to finalize payment, and the installation team was prompt on arrival and stayed until 6 or 7pm to ensure we didn't have to sleep without a working furnace. It was a two (long...) day install, but they were gracious and professional throughout. You could see the care they put into the work, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their installation.

HVAC contractors can be difficult, but Cooper was anything but. 5 out of 5 stars!

Working with Cooper was a positive experience. We just had a high efficiency furnace installed and it seems to be working well but it's too soon to really comment on the quality of the equipment. The install went very smoothly. I am very pleased with the quality of the install and the willingness of Cooper to work with some checking challenging direct venting constraints. Kaelan and Ivan were very professional and i would specifically request them for future work.
