The team at Precision was here when they said they would be and had a very short wait time for an appointment. The technicians were careful around the house and the work appears to be top notch.

Needed an install of a crossover valve to use the recirculating tankless water heater. Brian was excellent. Customer service great. Will use again if ever needed

MIKE AT PRECISION IS THE BEST!!! He may have even saved our lives! Although he was there to detect a leak, he alerted me to a buildup of dryer lint that I didn't know was happening. If he hadn't found it, the house might have caught fire and killed us all. Mike was quick, very professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to explain everything that went wrong in my swamp cooler in clear language without being patronizing. He was friendly, funny, and respectful the entire time he was in my house and even let me bring my dog up to his truck to help desensitize her to utility vehicles. As a small woman, I get nervous having male contractors come to the house when I'm alone. I felt safe around Mike and he helped turn an otherwise stressful experience into a pleasant one. He fixed the problem on the same day and was clear and upfront about the reasonable cost. I honestly wasn't expecting to get it resolved that day. I can see why Precision was voted Best of Boulder and will definitely use them again. Please give Mike a raise!!!

Our first electrical inspection, review, and recommendations. The results raised our awareness--were even revealing-- on areas both outside and inside of our home. The whole approach now gives us a basis for decisions about safety concerns and updates.

Josh was awesome! Highly recommend. He explained all of my options and helped me get creative with some old fixtures in order to save some money. In addition very much appreciated his honesty with some things that we could easily do ourselves and the things best left to the experts. Will definitely use again.

Patrick, the plumber, was courteous and did a great job replacing my pressure reducing regulator. I would give Precision a 5 star rating except the cost seemed a little high (but I was happy to get this done before Thanksgiving or something in my system blowing out). Also, I was scheduled for early morning, but was changed to late afternoon. They said they left a message, but there was none on my phone (maybe they left the message elsewhere). I had to call them to find out about the change. Luckily I was able to accommodate, and Patrick was able to finish by end of day. Price they quoted was the price I was billed.
