Very happy with our experience with Precision Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electric. Our technician, Eric Martin, was professional and a pleasure to work with. We just moved into a house with a 20+ year old furnace and had Eric out to service the furnace. Upon servicing the old furnace, he quickly identified multiple components that were failing (including the beginning of a CO leak) and suggested that we have the furnace replaced soon. He was here the very next day to install the new furnace and even waived the original furnace maintenance fee since we needed a full replacement. In addition, our house is difficult to get to up a steep, snowy hill, but Eric and his team were persistent and got all their vehicles/equipment up here to make sure our failing furnace was replaced. Will definitely be using Precision in the future! Thanks for all your help!

Dealing with HVAC problems is stressful, but their technician Trevor put me at ease right away. Professional service all around, from the person answering the phone to Trevor.

Keith repaired a stove outlet and checked the stove wiring. He explained why the outlet had failed and how to prevent similar problems. Also checked the main breaker panel and explained upgrades for current code compliance. Keith was very knowledgeable and offered several helpful potential improvements to the electrical system. I hope to have him make future upgrades.

We had a great experience with Precision. We had an unexpected pipe break while on vacation. Precision was so easy to schedule. Mike was amazing and even waited for us when we were stuck in traffic. He was extremely knowledgeable and found the issue in record time. He got our water running and pipe fixed.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I have needed to use them 2 times in the past year and each time the company was very responsive to my situation. They communicated promptly and professionally with me prior to the visit and let me know exactly when the technician would arrive. Charles performed the work as I watched and explained what he thought the problem was and promptly fixed it. He provided a lot of information about my furnace while he worked. Very, very happy with the results of his visit. Precision is my first call for any hot water or furnace issues!

Eric replaced a 30 year old AC unit with a state-of-the-art heat pump. Five stars are insufficient to rate the quality of his service, knowledge and professionalism. He clearly outlined every option available to us and answered every question completely and respectfully. We absolutely recommend Eric and will request that he be assigned to handle any HVAC needs we have in the future.

Contacted because of an odd sound coming from the system in our new house. Brad was very responsive, did a full inspection of all aspects of the system, replaced filters and flushed drain lines, and inspected our ancient AC. Very thorough and we feel confident about the state of our system.
