Josh was on time.. Well actually early which is awsome! I had him look at the problem with my outdoor water spigot. It has been leaking when I have the hose hooked up to it. Anyway, Josh showed me that whomever had fixed it previously before I have owned the home did it not according to code. He quoted me a price that seemed reasonable but I have to get my husband's thoughts on this matter. I want to thank you Josh for being so professional and explaining everything to me. I will for sure check with my husband and let you know when it's going to work for us to have the spigot fixed.

Jeff did an amazing job replacing our boiler. He and everyone I interacted with at this business was very professional. He found an unexpected problem while performing this job and promptly addressed it. He stayed late to be sure the job was completed properly. Price was fair for the work. He explained everything. Charles and Juan are amazing!!! The day of the install, they arrived first thing in the morning and were done by 5 pm, having installed a new furnace, heat pump and AC unit! They were organized, efficient and so kind. Charles was incredibly knowledgeable on how to provide us with the best HVAC system for our home. I thoroughly trust them and have already recommended Precision to a friend. Precision is so lucky to have both Charles and Juan!

We had an issue with our air conditioner, which of course didn’t arise until we had a 95 degree day. I called Precision, and they were able to fit us in the next day. Eric showed up and quickly diagnosed the issue. AC is now back and running. Thanks Eric and Precision!

Brian Spare is amazing. He walked me through where he is going to layout the gas lines, waterlines and drainage as well. In addition, he recommended a in Lin water filter to prevent scaling within my tankless water heater. Then, he walked me through all his work he did today. Amazing. He has been transparent in his thinking and the work too. He has been clear and open with all his work. Great Trades person. I would have him work on me and my partners house any time. He is also running a gas line to the kitchen for a gas range. Everything looks good.

Zach cleaned the dirty coils from the unit. He explained everything that he had checked in detail. Reviewed the price and was very polite. He called me once the job was complete. It was a very easy and efficient process!

After a full kitchen remodel we discovered our copper drain pipe had rusted through. Mike had to redo the line that was coming out horizontally from the wall, and put in a vertical line ( the correct way) and tie it in to the main plumbing. He hooked up our faucet and garbage disposal, educated us on older plumbing and made sure everything was working perfectly. It wasn't a cheap job, but we know when it's important to call a professional. We would call Precision again in the future should we need to.

*** Update: CC called me after this review was posted, gave me a partial refund, this issue is now settled. *** I first hired Precision about a year ago, and was very impressed by their technicians and the general responsiveness. I felt like I had finally found the ideal company after 7 years of being in Boulder. Then a few weeks ago I had a plumbing leak, and was charged $2,017 for a job that lasted 4 hours with two simple valves replaced. I felt like I had been overcharged, so I called the company to discuss. I was told that the owner (manager?), named "CC" would call me back, but I never heard back. I tried again, and again "CC" never called me back! I am on their Precision Care club, I have spent $15,000 (yes, $15,000!) on services with them in the last 6 months (smart water detector and replacement of hot water tank) ... and they won't even call me back! So disappointed ... and "CC", you need to learn about customer service.

While he didn't find the noise our furnace was making, I can't really blame him, because it stopped making the noise. He did give us a very detailed report and rolled the check into a tune up service that I had a $79 coupon for. He was friendly, well informed, and helpful. He gave us specific parts to watch for wear on since our furnace is 20 yrs old.

We lost power to half of our house. The first company we called was going to charge us $25k to fix. Precision came out, knew exactly what the problem was and how to troubleshoot it. They were able to fix it at a fraction of the cost. Super professional, friendly, knowledgeable, just great hard working people.
