    I called Precision because of their reputation and quality of their reviews. The technician who came seemed very professional and highly informative. The purpose was to have a thermostat replaced for our boiler/hot water system and obtain a quote for a mini-split. The technician checked out our boiler as a courtesy and told us that the boiler was 40 years old and the heat exchanger was at the risk of failing and flooding our basement and recommended that it be replaced. We were perplexed because we understood when the home was purchased that the boiler was not even half that age, but took his assessment on face value and received a quote. Because the quote was quite high, we called other contractors for quotes as well. After talking to several more contractors it was clear that the boiler was not 40 years old, but was only 17 years old. This was verified by the serial number. We actually had a couple contractors tell us we did not need a new boiler and told us we would be wasting our money replacing the boiler as it had many years left. Precision caused us significant wasted time and could have caused us significant wasted money. I called Precision to complain but never heard anything back. If you value your money and your time get a second opinion. I also might add that I am getting a comparable mini-split installed for 1/3 the price they quoted.

    These guys rescued my wife from a disastrous drain plug she was unable to free. They came with little delay, fixed the problem immediately, made a trip to Lowe's for parts, and completed the job perfectly. Very nice guys, polite, and efficient. I hate plumbing, and they proved to me that I don't have to do this any more! Price very reasonable!

    Was charged over double what we typically pay for plumbing services to do simple repairs and installation of new faucets. Would not recommend using this company. Extreme price gouging. The only reason I went with this company is because of all their great google reviews, but Yelp tells a different story.

    Horrible company to deal with! For a few years I’ve used their precision care club. In order to get an annual heating and/or air inspection, you are forced to schedule an appointment months in advance. 9 out 10 times, they call the afternoon before your appointment and cancel because they don’t have a technician available. I took off work to prepare for the appointments, and they just cancel them. If you then try to reschedule, see you in 2 more months. Last year, they conducted my AC inspection in September because of all the cancellations. Finally today, I had enough! Called them to cancel my service plan, and the lady Crystal, was incredibly rude and she ultimately hung up on me. Worst customer service! Stay away!!!
