We were interested in using a locally owned business, and getting someone we could trust with the aging systems in our home. We have used Precision three times now, and have been impressed with the professional and efficient work done on each occasion. We will call them again!

Justin did a great job installing our new hot water heater. Old one leaking on Saturday, new one was installed by Tuesday. Showed up on time, worked quickly, was careful not to damage the house, explained everything, and is a really knowledgeable and pleasant guy. Great experience overall with Precision.

Jeff the A/C technician came out and fixed our problem quickly. Then he was very knowledgeable about other problems with our home (ie humidifier system) and educated me as how to head off future issues. I will use this company for all my future needs!

Ian was right on time and performed a very thorough and systematic inspection of our A/C system, both indoors and out. He explained what he was doing and why, and made sure I didn't have any questions before he left. Very professional, but personable and friendly.

Charles was great! He arrived early to repair my heating system, which was fortunate because it was cold in the house! He was very professional, methodical in his work, fixed the problem quickly, and waited to make sure sure his repair was indeed complete and the system working as it should. In addition, he took his time to explain what he was doing in a way that I could readily understand. I will indeed ask for him to perform any future work on the boiler as I have confidence in his skills and abilities.

Precision's technicians are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, timely, and professional. I get clear answers to my questions. They help troubleshoot when necessary. I feel confident in the work they perform. I'm glad they are on my home maintenance team!

Max provided excellent service or furnace turned off during a very cold day, and he extended his Saturday to help us. He explained everything thoroughly and got the furnace up and running in nothing flat. I will definitely look forward to seeing him again!

Sean from Precision came out to see why we're not getting enough hot water to our bathtub. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the options and did the repair. He also checked out a few minor issues we had around the house and gave us advice on each.
