They sent a technician named Trevor within a couple hours of my call. He was prompt, and efficient with his diagnosis. He also was very clear in explaining things to me. My experiences with Precision have always been positive. Kinda helps ease the blow of an unexpected home repair cost.

Brad is always knowlegable, helpful, friendly and thoughtful. Met him first through another company. I don't think I've used Precision before, but I was willing to follow him here. He did his usual excellent work with clear helpful explanations and recommendations.

Excellent, excellent service, communication, and professionalism. Luke truly went above and beyond with providing us information regarding the units and took his time determining the ideal placement for all of the equipment. Ryan Ashmore and Trevor, with Jacob & Doyle (the electricians)...these guys did a fantastic job installing split AC units (2 compressors, 4 heads) on the house, which took them two days. They also modified the panel to accommodate the units and troubleshooted. Super friendly, very knowledgeable, and awesome is pretty much how I would sum up their work. We couldn't be happier with Precision and will use them going forward for all our heating, electrical, and plumbing needs.

Every experience I’ve had with Precision Plumbing has been great. Zach has been my technician the last few times, and he is great! But seriously all the technicians are awesome.

I would highly recommend Precision. Devon called 30 ahead of the time window I scheduled to let me know he was on his way. He arrived and was super professional and informative about the service scheduled as well as others I inquired about. Efficient service and excellent work. I’ll definitely be using their services in the near future.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Devon. He was very helpful, thorough but efficient, and suggested future fixes without being pushy. He was very tolerant of all my questions. He had an apprentice with him (sorry I forgot his name) who was also very professional and helpful. They were both able to locate the issue, clear it, and also identify some things that may create issues in the future.
Precision was able to schedule my appointment within a few hours of calling, and their prices are very reasonable!

Sewer line replacement and cast iron pipe replacement was done in one day without disturbing the landscaping or inconveniencing us. Manny was professional and informative and allowed us to make an informed decision regarding the status of our plumbing. Precision has also done other jobs for us in the past which have been prompt and successful. I’d recommend Precision for jobs big or small.

Charles and Juan did a great job. I had my AC replaced. They did what they said they would do…they were on time, completed the job efficiently, and left the work area clean. Charles was very friendly and helped me understand the AC options that would work best for my house. I highly recommend him.

I called on a Sunday, when our water heater died. I swear they called us back about 5 minutes after their business opened early on Monday morning, and a tech was hear at nine o'clock. Josh clearly knew his work, and the replacement installation was a thing of beauty. Replacing a water heater is nothing I looked forward to, but having it done so quickly and competently took some of the sting out of the experience.

Charles was very thorough and did a great job at helping me understand what was wrong with my air conditioning unit. He made me feel comfortable asking questions and ultimately spending money I needed to spend to not be miserable in 90° weather!
