We had what seemed like several pipes break after hours on 12/30 and we worried that it would be impossible to get help during the holiday week (and we'd be without water until 2023.) But Mike came just an hour after we called and was able to diagnose the problem. He was back at 6:30 am with the necessary parts. The work by the original contractor was even more deficient than it seemed at first and more parts and work were needed. Mike quickly fixed the issue and we had our water back on by 9:00 am. He is highly skilled, friendly, and super optimistic.

Extremely pricey plumbing company, ask about pricing upfront. $59 for first visit, where diagnosis happens. Then minimum of $199 to fix any plumbing issue. I had a squeak in my faucet handle and he wouldn’t fix it on first trip, he said I should use wd-40 on it. He would have to charge me $199 to do it.

Then was quoted $1400 for labor to replace two sink faucets.

Don’t use this company for small jobs is what I learned.

Keith was very knowledgeable and efficient in replacing several of our breakers and an outlet. When we had questions, he expertly explained what he would be doing. He was careful to remove any debris associated with his work. We would be happy for him to be sent by the company for any future work to be done on our electrical system.

After coming to my home and consulting with me and answering my many questions I will now go forward with the above projects in a very timely schedule and every faith that all will be perfect. After moving away from Boulder, I am so thankful that I found my go to company from years ago is able to service my home in Broomfield. So happy to reconnect with Precision .

Cory was fast and efficient in making the necessary repairs. He went above and beyond in teaching me about the system and what future issues I might anticipate (and how to prevent them). 5 stars!

Precision was able to respond the same day I called and send someone to investigate an error code on my tankless hot water heater. Mike was a consummate professional and resolved the issue and reset the water heater for my tenant in mere minutes.

Precision did an amazing job. My plumber, Patrick, quickly fixed a problem with my water heater that 2 other plumbers failed to diagnose correctly. He was prompt, polite, and even took the time to discuss my future options for replacing my aging water heater without any pressure to purchase one. I hope that Precision sends Patrick out the next time I need any plumbing repairs!

Today Precision’s electrical technician, Doil Lee, performed our annual electrical inspection, including circuit boxes, GFI protected outlets, placement and operation of smoke alarms, and CO detectors. He was thorough in his inspection.
Uppermost was his concern for the safety our system and house. Doil exhibited expertise in electrical work and we appreciated his concern for safety. He was a pleasure to watch as he did his inspection and we will ask for him again when we need any electrical work done in the house.

We asked for an estimate on a whole house humidifier. Luke was very helpful and had great information and things for us to consider. Greatly appreciate the time he spent answering questions!

He came out to fix my A/C but found an electrical issue in his diagnostics. Smart, professional, would definitely be happy to use again or recommend.
